The creators of the project admit that they were driven by a dream to create a house that would correspond to Russian climatic conditions and at the same time was quite traditional and modern at the same time. In the floors in the floor and in the ceiling, 200 mm of insulation was laid, in the walls - 150 mm. This is quite enough to make the house suitable for year-round use. Of course, more could have been done, but here architects and engineers are limited by modular technology - it is necessary to fit into the dimensions so that parts of the house are included in trucks transporting them from production to sites to customers.

When a house is built, it is not at all obvious that it is assembled from ready-made modules. We simply see the house as a whole, but if you look closely at the foundation, you can roughly guess where these modules are located. Outside, all the houses of the ARK series are sheathed with wood. You can choose any color scheme. If you look at the section of the wall from the inside of the house, first there will be the inner lining of the house itself - imitation of a beam, lining, - with a wide board (140 mm), then there is a vapor barrier, then a heater and in the thickness of the heater - a frame that is sheathed with OSB-plates, and on top of them there is a hydrowind protection membrane. And then the design provides for a ventilation gap (30 mm), followed by an outer skin (imitation of timber).
