Once I was lucky to attend a leadership dinner at the Bamboo restaurant. There we ate unforgettable spaghetti with zucchini, eggplant and chicken fillet.

I tried to repeat the dish. It turned out to be an excellent hearty dinner for everyone. And even the strictest judge, my husband, the father of my children, marked spaghetti according to the eastern rating EXCELLENT. I present to your attention a simple recipe for oriental spaghetti.

Ingredients for oriental spaghetti

  • vegetable marrow
  • soy sauce
  • hot pepper
  • Bulgarian pepper

How to cook oriental spaghetti

Spaghetti should be boiled in lightly salted water, but there is a secret! We add some olive oil to the water. Then the spaghetti does not stick together, regardless of their variety and quality.

We cook spaghetti in a wide large container so that they feel free :). Put spaghetti (pasta) into boiling water, but not all at once, but in small portions. Once in the water, they become flexible.

The main thing is not to digest. It takes about 7 minutes to cook spaghetti. It is necessary to cook pasta "al dente" in Italian, so that the middle of the spaghetti is dark, slightly undercooked. We throw spaghetti through a sieve (colander).

In parallel, while the pasta is cooking, cut the chicken breast into small strips and fry in a pan with high sides over medium heat.

We cut the onion into thin half rings and send it to the pan to the chicken breast.

Cut the zucchini into long strips. We cut the bell pepper in the same proportions as the onion and zucchini.

We give time to stew vegetables with chicken breast a little. No need to salt!

Add spicy red pepper .... I put it whole, I was afraid to make it too hot. Gradually add soy sauce, about a glass, less can be.

We were lucky we brought awesome soy sauce from Thailand.

Stew vegetables with chicken breast over medium heat in soy sauce for about 5 minutes.

Put the cooked spaghetti into the pan and mix thoroughly.

  • Spices - To taste (seasoning for cutlets and minced meat)

step by step

  1. In a bowl (preferably a thick bottom), in vegetable oil, fry the minced meat. Now, when the minced meat is ready, add tomato paste, spices, you can add onion and garlic here. Then remove the minced meat from the fire and put it on a plate.
  2. Cook pasta (spaghetti) until done.
  3. We wash the potatoes, then peel them and cut them into slices, put them in a bowl in which we fried the minced meat. The potatoes should cover the bottom.
  4. Put the minced meat on the potatoes first, then the pasta (spaghetti). Layers should begin and end with minced meat.
  5. We close the dishes with a lid. The pan or saucepan must be tightly closed. Do not open the lid and do not stir! Simmer for 20 minutes, the fire is small.
  6. Ready "Eastern pasta" stir well. To make the dish beautiful, do not mix the potatoes. "Eastern pasta" is ready. Enjoy your meal.
