An example of a dendrology section as part of a project. Dendrological examination: the composition of the procedure and the preparation of a dendroplan

Construction planning begins with pre-project surveys, analysis of the land and its features. One of the stages design workdendrological examination, the main purpose of which is to determine the age and species of green spaces (trees, shrubs) and their value. Research is carried out in the design of large-scale facilities and in private construction for Moscow, the Moscow Region and other regions of Russia.

Company "Promterra" performs geodetic, ecological, geological and dendrological surveys with obtaining permission from the Department of Natural Resources in Moscow. Professional engineers, geologists, dendrologists and environmentalists carry out reconnaissance on the ground with measurements and taking samples for laboratory testing for development project documentation.

Conducting surveys in engineering dendrology

Dendrological research can be carried out by companies and organizations that have dendrological engineers with the appropriate qualifications. Specialists examine the territory, determine the species composition of vegetation, the number of specimens growing in the studied perimeter.

The main types of dendrological services:

  • inspection of green spaces;
  • drawing up a dendroplan and transfer statements
  • inventory of green spaces;
  • certification of yard territories and improvement facilities;
  • registration of a felling ticket (construction) and an Order for sanitary felling and reconstruction of green spaces and closing, on a turn-key basis;
  • monitoring the state of green spaces - at permanent observation points (POP), temporary observation points (TOP), as well as through expert surveys of individual landscaped and natural areas (PEO);
  • landscape design (landscaping).

Before starting designing in Moscow and other cities of Russia, it is necessary to decide what exactly will fall into the category of objects under study. In the standard version, these are trees and shrubs, but there are a number of other plants. It can be semi-shrubs, vines of tree species, pillow-shaped and creeping plants.

The main scope of work can be divided into the following groups:

  • vegetation inventory;
  • recommendations for the preservation of individual copies;
  • compiling an assessment of the compensation value of cut bushes and trees;
  • execution and receipt of logging tickets;
  • passing the state examination.

Dendrological studies of the area involve monitoring in order to determine the general situation at the projected facility.

Regulatory provisions of dendrological surveys

Like any kind engineering surveys, dendrological work on the ground is carried out in accordance with the regulatory requirements for surveys. This is also true for the procedure for issuing reporting documentation.

Main legislative acts are:

  • "On the protection of green spaces";
  • "O guidelines on drawing up dendrological plans and transfer statements”;
  • GOST R 55528-2013;
  • GOST R 55935-2013 and others.

In accordance with legal requirements, all green spaces that have been cut down must be without fail be compensated. This involves the restoration of plant specimens with new plantations, which will help maintain the natural balance in the area where construction is planned.

All dendrological works must comply with the established regulations and are confirmed by reporting documentation.

Initial and reporting documentation for the survey of the territory

To order dendrological surveys, the customer must provide a package of initial documentation. It includes the following items:

  • situational plan of the area;
  • master plan with the designation of the boundaries of the land;
  • building master plan;
  • new master plan of engineering networks.

On the basis of this documentation, specialists develop a project for the survey of the area. Depending on the complexity of the upcoming dendrological surveys, the period for compiling a dendroplan and its constituent parts may increase.

The result of the research is a dendrological conclusion about the area. This is a comprehensive document, which includes: a dendroplan, an inventory (recalculation) sheet and explanatory note. You can familiarize yourself with the design rules in a document called "On methodological recommendations for drawing up plans and transfer statements."

This is a drawing that is developed after exploring the area. It indicates placed on land plot trees, shrubs, lawns and other types of vegetation in accordance with the species characteristics. The basis for the drawing is a topographic plan.

The compiled dendrological statement (inventory, counting) is a complete list of green spaces existing on the site, information about which is synchronized with the dendroplan. The document indicates a description of plant specimens indicating characteristics and parameters (height, diameter, stem).

Explanatory note

The text of the explanatory note indicates information about the investigated land, the purpose of the work, the methodology for their implementation. This is part of the final documentation, which must be attached to the dendroplan without fail.

Expert opinion on dendrology

After reconnaissance of the area, specialists draw up a dendrological conclusion. The document indicates information about the state of certain types of green spaces, makes forecasts for their conservation or the need for felling and the presence of pests. If the diameter of the tree trunk is 22-24 cm, then they are not transplanted - they must be cut down at the construction site.

In the system of engineering surveys, dendrological survey of the territory is an obligatory stage. The construction project provides for the passage of state expertise. It is carried out by the State Construction Supervision Committee (Mosgosstroynadzor). It is he who decides on the possibility of lawful cutting of green spaces or the use of lawns for development.

For construction companies the dendroplan and the decision of the committee are of particular importance, since the optimization of design work depends on them. The drawn up drawing of the area with the designation of trees and vegetation has a statute of limitations - 4 years. After this period, the dendroplan must be updated to update the information.

Dendrological plan (project)

The name "Dendroproject" has entered the practice of landscape gardening and construction, but it is not accurate enough. The basis of this name is the Greek word "dendron", which means tree. But the arboretum is a project of landscaping and placing on it not only trees, as one might conclude from its name, but also other plants used in landscape gardening and landscaping: shrubs, lianas, lawn grasses, flower plants(colors).

A garden layout plan usually shows the placement of paths, structures, and major groups of trees and shrubs. These groups are indicated as shaded outlines, separate circles, or other symbols. The task of the dendroplan is to decipher the content of these symbols, it must clearly indicate what and where is planted. Basic the landscape of the garden is not created as a result of the placement of structures, paths, and areas that are constituent elements it, but as a result of the spatial and volumetric placement of vegetation and its combinations. Therefore, the arboretum is an essential part of every garden, park and other landscaping project.

The choice of plant assortment for landscaping the garden and its placement in the garden depends on a number of factors: the purpose of the green object, the contingent and the number of visitors, climatic and microclimatic factors, relief, soil, hydrological conditions, the presence of water bodies, the vegetation on the site, the surroundinglandscape designgarden, etc. All these factors must be taken into account when drawing up a dendroplan.

Dendroplans are compiled by different methods:

In the note to the statement, the features of the placement of plants in the group should be noted. For example, the curtain consists of birch and mountain ash. Against mountain ash, in the note it can be, if necessary, marked: placed along the edge. If the curtain consists of several types, then the note may indicate: place in a uniform mixture, etc.

The placement of shrubs should be noted when they are used to create a hedge, as indicated in the example planting list above.

When determining trees, shrubs or flowers in each clump, it is necessary to measure its area and find in the special literature data on the feeding area required for the designed plants, or find data on the standard placement of trees, shrubs and flowers.

When planning construction or repair work, designing new buildings or residential areas, laying communications or mastering your own own site under construction, each person is obliged to comply with the law, comply with all requirements and regulations, obtain the necessary approvals, permits for work.

The general construction plan includes several sections, one of which is the "Dendrology" section as part of the project documentation. What is this part of the plan and is it necessary to include it in the master plan in your case? Let's figure it out!

What is the dendrological part of the project.

What is included in the dendroplan, what kind of work does it regulate?

A part of the master plan called the Dendrology section is being developed in order to minimize the damage that human intervention can bring to the environment, and in order to compensate as much as possible after the completion of construction or reconstruction the consequences of intervention by planting new plants, restoring lawns, etc.

When developing dendrological plan the following work must be carried out:

1) Examination of all green spaces located on the territory, their number, species, as well as the condition of trees and shrubs;

2) Determination of the scope of the following works:

  • plant conservation;
  • transplantation of green spaces;
  • tree removal.

3) Identification of valuable specimens that require special close attention, which in no case should be transplanted or, moreover, removed;

4) Miscalculations of financial compensation for removed plants, shrubs and destroyed lawns;

5) Receipt expert opinion issued by the Division for Approval and Issuance of Felling Tickets of the Department of Nature Management and Protection environment the city of Moscow (DPiOOS);

6) Registration and receipt of a cutting ticket.

On the basis of the felling list and the dendroplan, the developer or the company that has undertaken the clearing of the territories is obliged to remove only those plants whose felling has been agreed and necessary. In the plan, each tree is assigned a number, and there is also a description of the plant, its features, age, tree or shrub species, and their value.

However, this is only part of the obligations. The second part of the dendrology section obliges, upon completion of work, to plant an equivalent number of new plants in the territory to replace those that were removed or transplanted.

What is the section "Dendrology" for and how soon can it be issued?

In accordance with the law, in Russia, without the consent of the relevant department, you do not have the right to transplant or remove a single tree with impunity! Violation is punishable by law, and it is in order to avoid trouble, do work, ensure a comfortable standard of living and at the same time not have problems, a dendroplan is needed.

The composition of the materials of the section "dendrology" includes the actual dendroplan, the counting sheet, the logging ticket. Do not think that the execution of these documents will take you a lot of time - not at all! Even if you start preparing the dendroplan without haste, as they say, “on your own” the whole procedure will not take you more than a month. However, if time does not endure, the time can be reduced by speeding up the procedure to one or two weeks.

When deciding to start construction, reconstruction, laying communications, make sure that all the documents necessary for work are drawn up in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. And this is necessary not only in order to avoid trouble or fines. Concern for the preservation of green spaces in our capital is your contribution to the future of Moscow. By preserving trees and shrubs, planting new, young plants, you thereby create all the conditions so that in the future your children and grandchildren can live not only in one of the most modern, but also the most beautiful, “green” cities in the world.
