Automation of retail and wholesale trade is a set of activities, including the process of installing and configuring commercial equipment in conjunction with specialized software aimed at ensuring the systematization of accounting and control of various operations of a commercial enterprise.

To automate the process of points of sale, POS-terminals are used, the data from which is transmitted to the enterprise server. Information on the server about the goods sold allows for a quick write-off of products, ensuring the conduct of the receipt and consumption of goods on the counter of the store and in the warehouse of the enterprise without actual recalculation in real time.

To automate trade in the store, trade equipment is used with the possibility of further programming of trade processes to ensure the automation of the workplace of the seller, cashier and process accounting:

Automation of trade using software is carried out by the introduction of various CRM and ERP systems, depending on the specifics of the outlet. These systems can be either boxed or custom-made, taking into account the specifics of the enterprise, which are not provided for in boxed versions.

Automation of trade in the store is based on:

  1. Software for automating the workplace of a seller (cashier) in a Front-Office class store: KKS: IS Market, Microinvest software products and others;
  2. Software for information collection terminals allows the device to recognize the barcode of the product, accumulate barcodes, compare with invoices and upload to a computer: SOTI MobiControl, Warehouse Win and others;
  3. Software for automating accounting in a store with the ability to integrate with various accounting systems based on CRM and ERP systems: the product line "1C: Enterprise", "MiniSoft Commerce (Trade, Catering, Shop)", "PiMarket" and others.

Ability to plan purchases and sales, as well as traffic planning Money is an important feature of the system, as well as operational accounting for wholesale trade.

Consider the most important requirements for wholesale trade automation system:

  • Support for large volumes of the product directory, the possibility of a structured description of the nomenclature, storage of data on the location of goods in the warehouse, image storage appearance goods, certificates, etc.;
  • Completion of goods, the possibility of selling sets;
  • Storage of detailed information about suppliers and buyers, storage of information about contact persons of counterparties, contracts and current accounts. Ability to classify buyers (ABC, XYZ classification);

Our company is ready to offer you the optimal program for solving your tasks. We offer two solutions: a set of programs - "1C: Trade Management 8" + "1C: Accounting 8" + "1C: Salary and Human Resources Management 8" and the program "Complex Automation 8".

The program "1C: Trade Management 8" is intended for maintaining operational and managerial accounting. The program provides for the possibility of uploading documents to the program "1C Accounting 8" and "1C Salary and Personnel Management 8" (for calculating piecework salaries for managers). There is a possibility of two-way data exchange with "1C: Accounting 8". In the 1C: Integrated Automation program, all three blocks are included in a single information system.

Let's consider in more detail the possibilities of the "1C: Trade Management 8" configuration.

In configuration wholesale trade automation"1C Trade Management 8" is possible to keep records for several organizations, as well as to keep multi-currency records.

The system supports work with commercial equipment: barcode scanners, data collection terminals, cash registers, readers RFID tags, electronic scales, customer displays, etc.

The directory of goods in the program can be hierarchical, directly when viewing the list of goods, you can see information about the state of the goods in the warehouse: availability in warehouses, in which cell in the warehouse the goods are located, whether there are reserves for these goods, what is the cost of the goods.
Detailed information about the product is specified in the product card.

The configuration provides for accounting by product characteristics, for example, you sell shoes and the same item can be sold in different sizes and colors, and instead of entering all combinations, you can enter one item. The documents indicate the product and its characteristics, as a result of which the directory of goods is reduced, and accounting for balances and prices is carried out in the context of the product and its characteristics.

The system "1C: Trade Management 8" provides such functions wholesale trade like selling kits and kits.

If the number of customers of your company is in the hundreds or thousands, then do without automated system customer relationship management is not possible.

Customer relationship management, also known as CRM or Customer Relationship Management, is an integral functional area of a modern integrated enterprise information system.

CRM is a concept of customer relationship management in a highly competitive environment, aimed at maximizing the potential of each client and partner in the interests of the enterprise.

The CRM concept involves the regular collection and analysis of information about each client, real and potential: how the client reacted to the business proposal, whether he is satisfied with the quality of service, whether his preferences change over time, how carefully he fulfills his obligations, and ultimately how much the client brings (or could bring) income to the enterprise.

All stages of the relationship with the client are tracked. Signs of a dangerous deterioration in relations are carefully detected, since, as you know, in a competitive market, the cost of attracting a new client is an order of magnitude higher than the cost of retaining an existing client.

The concept of CRM provides harmonious combination formal approach and individual attitude to each client. But if the number of active customers of an enterprise is measured in tens or hundreds, and the number of potential customers is measured in hundreds or thousands, respectively, then the full implementation of the CRM concept will lead to the accumulation of huge amounts of information that can be worked with without involving special means automation will simply be impossible.

The configuration contains the means of automating the CRM concept. The functionality of the configuration allows the enterprise to successfully manage relationships with buyers, suppliers, subcontractors and any other counterparties.

Registration of all actions for concluding and executing transactions, registration of all contacts with customers, both real and potential, is envisaged.

The configuration allows you to do the following:

  • use a personalized approach to the needs and requirements of each client;
  • store full contact information for counterparties and their employees, the history of interaction with them;
  • manage the sales process using the business process mechanism (deals with the client);
  • analyze pending and plan upcoming transactions with buyers and potential clients;
  • register each request of a potential client and further analyze the percentage of customer acquisition, as well as analyze the satisfaction of primary demand;
  • promptly monitor the status of planned contacts and transactions;
  • conduct an integrated BCG analysis of customer relationships;
  • register and promptly process customer complaints;
  • analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of the work of managers with clients.

Automated customer relationship management mechanisms can be used not only as an effective tool in the competition for profitable customers. A repository of information about the enterprise's customers is provided. An employee who receives a call from a client he does not know can, right in the process telephone conversation get up to date by quickly scrolling through the information about the client and the latest contacts with him on the screen of his computer (client's dossier).

Configuration options for customer relationship management may be required by the commercial director, marketing director, employees of the marketing, sales and supply departments of the enterprise.

The program allows you to set sales rules, individual for customers or typical for customer segments.

These include various payment terms, price terms, and discount terms.

Sharing standard agreements and segments allows you to quickly change the sales rules and the conditions under which they are provided:

  • To change the sales rules for a specific partner, it is enough to move it to another segment, and this can be done automatically, according to the specified rules.
  • To change the sales rules for all clients from a certain segment, it is enough to change the standard agreement used for clients of this segment once.

The program monitors compliance with the sales rules: a sale with a deviation from the established rules can be made only after additional agreement with the manager or other responsible persons.

For important customers, individual agreements on the rules of sale can be drawn up.

All possible options payments that apply in a trading enterprise are fixed using a payment schedule.

For example, 30% advance payment, 70% loan with a 5-day payment delay, Full cash advance payment, "Credit for 2 months with a payment of 50% per month" and bank transfer, etc.

The terms of payment that apply to the sale are fixed in the agreement.

If necessary, after agreement with the responsible person, a separate order may specify a payment schedule that differs from the standard one.

The program fully monitors sales processes. At the same time, sales can be processed both according to the full cycle of registration of the sale (starting from the moment the commercial offer is approved based on data on the client’s primary interest in the transaction completed with him), and without pre-registered commercial offers and customer orders, according to the so-called "simplified scheme". Possible sales workflow schemes are shown in the figure.

The capabilities of the procurement management program allow you to solve the problems of controlling the delivery time of goods, the cost of funds and the timeliness of payment to suppliers.
The program allows you to register discrepancies in the receipt of goods, analyze the reasons for the failure of deliveries (refusal of suppliers to supply goods), take into account Additional services and additional shipping costs.

The program provides for various options for the delivery of goods: the receipt of goods on a prepaid basis, the receipt of goods on a commission from the principal, the receipt of imported goods, the receipt of goods according to the order scheme with the subsequent execution of financial documents.

Upon receipt of goods, additional services and additional costs arising from the receipt of goods may be recorded.

The receipt of goods can be issued as part of an order, agreement or as a separate delivery of goods:

  • you can arrange the delivery of goods to several warehouses;
  • you can register the receipt of goods for several orders;
  • automatic distribution of incoming goods according to the orders of suppliers specified in the document is provided.

The program allows you to record discrepancies in the registration of deliveries of goods in terms of quality and quantity of goods.

If there are discrepancies in the delivery document, the list of actually received goods and the list of goods in accordance with the financial documents are indicated separately.

The program allows you to register services and additional costs associated with the purchase of goods. For example, delivery services.

Such expenses are recorded with an indication of the expense item. Depending on the distribution option chosen in the article, expenses can be attributed to the financial result in different ways:

  • directly to the financial result,
  • in the cost of goods
  • in future expenses.

The organization of warehouse management can be different, the structure can be both simple and quite hierarchically complex. Warehouses or storage places can be both on the territory of the enterprise and located remotely.

Information about warehouse stocks can be entered into the information system with a high degree detail: to the level of product characteristics (color, size, dimensions, etc.), to the level of serial numbers and expiration dates of goods.

To speed up the processes of receipt, shipment and inventory of goods in warehouses, you can use different kinds commercial equipment: barcode scanners, data collection terminals.

The program implements the scheme of order warehouse accounting. It can be independently enabled for shipping and receiving transactions. Warehouse orders are issued on the basis of order documents, which can be orders or invoices. Records are kept of orders received but not executed; Warehouse operation technology can be built entirely "from electronic orders".

The program implements targeted storage of goods, i.e. maintaining the balance of goods in the context of storage locations (cells, shelves, racks), and product packaging.

At the same time, both reference placement in cells is possible, when it is indicated only in which cells the goods can, in principle, be located, and control of balances in cells, when accurate accounting is kept of the quantity of goods in each cell.

When using the control of balances in storage cells: the system allows you to manage the layout of goods at storage locations upon receipt, assembly from storage locations upon shipment, movement and unpacking of goods. The algorithms embedded in the system automatically select the optimal storage locations when placing goods. For goods that are stored and shipped in packages of different sizes, it is possible to automatically generate tasks for unpacking, if there is a shortage of smaller packages.

At any time, you can control the process of assembling goods in the warehouse in accordance with the issued "electronic" orders or the process of placing incoming goods.

The wholesale trade automation system "1C Trade Management 8" provides ample pricing opportunities. It is possible to store an unlimited number of price types in the configuration, which can be calculated based on each other or entered by users.

Pricing rules can be drilled down to product price groups. Each product price group can have its own calculation formula. When creating calculation formulas, you can use the Formula Builder.

The program implements a mechanism for calculating automatic discounts (markups), which allows you to set up discounts that are set for customers subject to various conditions, as well as the rules for the simultaneous application of several discounts:

  • Discounts can be assigned to a certain segment of the product range, both in percentage and in sum terms. The percentage and amount of the discount can be specified by price groups of the item;
  • Discounts can be assigned to certain clients or a group of clients (segment of partners) within the framework of trade agreements executed with them;
  • Discounts can be assigned as part of marketing campaigns, and marketing activities can only be carried out for certain segments of partners or in certain stores (sales offices);
  • It is also possible to provide discounts on loyalty cards. In this case, both personalized loyalty cards and general-purpose cards (for example, social cards) can be used.

Like any "self-respecting" wholesale trade automation system, the "1C Trade Management 8" configuration provides for full-fledged work with the cash register and the bank. The configuration contains all the necessary source documents, data on incoming and outgoing bank payments can be uploaded and downloaded from the client-bank system. Based on these planned payments or costs, you can create a payment calendar. The system provides for the possibility of planning the movement of funds and their comparison with the fact. To prevent unwanted expenses, you can enable the mechanism of applications for the expenditure of funds, with the mandatory approval of the management.

To get a complete and most accurate picture of the financial result, the program provides the following features:

  • accounting for revenue and cost of sales,
  • accounting for other income and expenses,
  • allocation of costs to the cost of goods,
  • distribution of income and expenses for activities,
  • analysis of income, expenses and financial results.

Cost accounting in the program can be implemented as average price per month, and according to FIFO (moving and weighted average).

The program allows you to divide the financial results of the company's activities by areas of activity, thus allowing you to separately evaluate the company's profit for each of the areas. The composition of directions and the rules for attributing financial transactions to each direction can be determined very flexibly. For example, destinations can correspond to points of sale (for retailers), assortment (for distributors), projects, and so on.

All this allows you to analyze in detail the effectiveness of the enterprise and develop business, optimizing the composition of activities.

The program allows you to keep records of other expenses in the context of expense items and objects of additional analytics, determined by an expense item.

Additional analytics can be configured in 1C:Enterprise mode. For example, additional costs for the purchase or sale can be attributed to the corresponding order, storage costs - to the warehouse, etc. This allows, on the one hand, to analyze the cost structure in detail, on the other hand, to correlate costs with revenue for the same objects analytics.

Other distribution costs can be included in the cost of inventory or, according to customizable rules, written off to specified areas of activity.

Similarly to the accounting of other expenses, the accounting of other income is implemented.

In "1C Trade Management 8", as in any 1C configuration, it is possible to restrict user access rights to certain configuration objects (for example, purchasing managers cannot work with sales documents or a number of junior managers cannot view profitability reports), but other than For this, in "1C Trade Management 8" it is possible to restrict specific users or user groups to viewing and editing data for specific organizations and counterparties, and the data will not be available when building reports for these users.

Thanks to the completely open source, the configuration can be customized to any customer requirements.

Surely many of you have heard or even encountered a problem when a developer internal system automation decides to quit, and no one knows how it works this system, and for frequent and where in general it is physically located. Such cases have already been encountered in our practice.

When developing a system by 1C specialists, the code remains open, which means that any other 1C specialist can figure out how the system works EVEN without documentation.

In addition, if you decide to automate your enterprise in our company, then it is preliminarily written technical task modification of the standard configuration. And you always know which objects of the system were changed by our specialists. Your wholesale trade automation system belongs to you, not to the system developer!

As for the scalability of the system, our specialists have already carried out the implementation of the 1C Trade Management 8 configuration for more than 500 workplaces, where more than 400 users worked simultaneously.

The 1C:Enterprise 8 system provides the ability to programmatically manage database table locks to increase system performance.

The specificity of wholesale trade is that it is necessary to quickly and efficiently ensure the optimal flow of goods to retail chains. At the same time, it is important to monitor the balances in warehouses, manage suppliers and prices, all this will help to do an automated software system. "

Managers and owners of wholesale companies often come to a state of surprise after they learn about the existence of other software systems, in addition to the well-known and promoted 1C. Of course, the partner network of this company has proven its effectiveness in thousands of enterprises, but the choice of such a package offer for a wholesale company is not always the best option.

Warehouse management and more

  • Inventory control
  • Accounting
  • System for obtaining various reports on demand;
  • Workflow automation;
  • Control of the movement of material and technical means.

There can be a great variety of similar functions, and they depend on the individual characteristics of the office work of each individual company.

Features of wholesale trade

Those who believe that wholesale trade is practically no different from retail are greatly mistaken.

Typical tasks of wholesale trading companies:

  • Creation of optimal (best) conditions for their clients;
  • Work with suppliers, retail outlets, transport companies;
  • Purchase of large consignments of goods and their quick sale;
  • Information service of the clients;
  • Marketing research, analysis and processing of streaming reports in order to identify promising areas, effective planning, search for an increase or decrease in demand;

As you can see, the vector of activity of the wholesale company is shifting more towards the service offered to the trading companies of the retail network. This nuance should be reflected in the information system of the enterprise. Automation of wholesale trade by the program will reduce the amount of "frozen money" by reducing excess inventory, improving logistics, more accurate planning and timely response to consumer demand. The following functions can also be implemented:

  • Distribution - the formation of a single, common distributed warehouse, which reduces the risk of a shortage of goods;
  • Accumulation and storage - off-season, great deals or strategic planning can significantly save on purchases and earn on subsequent sales;
  • - high intensity of trade will sooner or later require automation of this business process.

If you are interested in developing your own wholesale business, then you should consider the cost of creating a comfortable and secure information environment as an investment. In this case, every penny spent will pay off handsomely, thanks to more.

Trade organizations are traditionally referred to as subjects economic activity with a lot of paperwork. In the generally accepted meaning, the document flow of a trading company is understood as the movement of documents in an organization from the moment they are created or received from other subjects of civil law relations until the completion of their execution and transfer to the archive. At the same time, the adopted documentation system should ensure the completeness of the reflection in the accounting of all facts of economic activity, and contribute to the identification of hidden reserves at the enterprise.

The need to automate the accountant's workplace is not just a tribute to fashion or a way to raise the prestige of the company. The advantages of computer accounting are obvious. Software tools allow not only to reduce the complexity of accounting, to insure against arithmetic errors, but also to comprehensively analyze the accumulated information.

In "Trading House AutoAudioCentre" LLC, accounting is carried out according to an automated form of accounting using computer technology And accounting program"1C: Accounting" version 8. A typical configuration allows you to automate accounting for various sections: accounting for cash transactions; accounting for bank transactions; fixed assets accounting; accounting for intangible assets; material accounting; goods accounting; accounting of distribution costs; accounting of mutual settlements with suppliers and buyers; accounting of contracts; accounting of settlements with accountable persons, etc.

The structure of "1C: Accounting 8" includes a chart of accounts for accounting, corresponding to the Order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation "On approval of the chart of accounts for financial and economic activities of organizations and instructions for its use" dated October 31, 2000 No. 94n. The composition of the accounts, the organization of analytical, quantitative accounting on the accounts comply with the requirements of the legislation on accounting and reporting data. If necessary, the organization can independently create additional sub-accounts and sections of analytical accounting.

The main way to reflect business transactions in accounting is to enter configuration documents that correspond to primary accounting documents. In addition, you can enter individual postings directly. For group entry of postings, standard operations are used. In the warehouses of LLC Trading House AvtoAudioCentre, quantitative and total accounting is maintained. Warehouse inventory data is registered in the program and automatically checked against accounting data. Based on the inventory of goods, the identification of surpluses and the write-off of shortages are reflected.

For the analytical accounting of inventory items by their types, the reference book "Nomenclature" is intended, the elements of which can be called nomenclature positions. In the chart of accounting accounts supplied with "1C: Accounting 8", the "Nomenclature" reference book is set as a type of subconto for accounts and subaccounts for accounting inventory items, in particular, 10 "Materials" and 41 "Goods". Similar settings are made in terms of tax accounting accounts. The receipt, movement and disposal of inventory items are documented. In the document, the user indicates the corresponding position or positions of the nomenclature, as well as accounting and tax accounts. In this case, after the user selects the position of the nomenclature, the program will substitute suitable accounts by default. The form of the reference item "Nomenclature" contains several tabs that indicate the main characteristics nomenclature position. The "Default" tab specifies the values that will be substituted by default in the configuration document. Two item groups "Goods" and "Materials" are used in AutoAudioCentre Trading House LLC.

On the “Prices” tab, you can set and view the current price of an item item for a specific date. To set a price, you need to select a price type. In the "Price" column, indicate the price, currency and click "OK". At the same time, the document “Setting item prices” is automatically created.

On the "Specifications" tab, the specification of this nomenclature item is created and viewed. On the "Accounts" tab, the accounting account for this stock item is set and viewed. Each record of the register "Accounts for item accounting" contains information about the organization, position of the item, warehouse, type of warehouse, accounts for accounting and tax accounting of the item, accounts used for VAT accounting, upon transfer, upon sale.

In order to organize the correct accounting of settlements with buyers in AvtoAudioTsentr Trading House LLC, the program has created a reference book “Counterparties”, where data on each buyer is entered. To store mutual settlement agreements concluded with counterparties, the reference book “Contracts of Counterparties” is intended, subordinate to the reference book “Counterparties”. All business transactions with counterparties are executed with the obligatory indication of the contract. You can view the list of agreements already executed and draw up a new agreement with a counterparty directly in the form of an element of the "Counterparties" directory on the "Accounts and agreements" tab or in the "Contractors' agreements" directory, which can be accessed from the "Counterparties" directory by clicking the "Go" button. "1C: Accounting 8" makes it possible not to manually select the accounts of settlements with counterparties each time the document is filled out. After the user specifies the counterparty and the contract in the document, the program will substitute the most suitable accounts by default. When substituting accounts by default, the program is guided by the information register “Accounts for accounting for settlements with counterparties”, located in the menu “Enterprise” - “Counterparties” - “Accounts for accounting for settlements with counterparties”. Each entry in this register contains the following information: organization, counterparty, agreement, settlement type under the agreement, accounts used for settlements with counterparties. The "Accounts for accounting of settlements with counterparties" register allows you to set accounts for accounting for settlements for each counterparty or group of counterparties, agreement and type of settlement. The account substituted into the document by the program itself by default can then be changed manually by the user.

The wholesale sale of goods in AvtoAudioTsentr Trading House LLC is documented by the document "Sales of goods and services" with the type of operation "Sale, commission". This document is located in the "Sale" menu. The document number is assigned automatically by the program. From the directories, the user selects the counterparty (buyer) and the contract. On the "Goods" tab, you must specify the goods to be sold by selecting them from the corresponding "Nomenclature" reference book. Next, you need to post the document by clicking the appropriate button "Post" on the command panel or use the menu "Actions" - "Post". It may be more convenient to click on the "OK" button at the bottom of the document form. In this case, the system not only posts the document, but also closes its form. Posting a document means automatic generation of accounting and tax accounting entries. The accounting and tax accounts used in postings are displayed in document forms: in separate fields, in columns of tables, on special tabs. In most cases, account data is substituted automatically when entering a new document, when establishing the type of document transaction. The user can change these accounts, although with the correct organization of work with the program, this opportunity rarely has to be used. Each user can choose whether or not to display accounting and tax accounts in the form of a document in the "User Settings" dialog by checking the "Show Accounting Accounts in Documents" checkbox. And to enable the display of accounts in a specific document, click on the button "Show / hide accounting accounts" in the command panel of the document form.

After reviewing the book of purchases of AvtoAudioTsentr Trading House LLC for the first quarter of 2009, it was concluded that the organization has large suppliers such as Vebasto Rus LLC, Ultra Star LLC, Amiris-Market LLC, LLC " Rus Connect, supplying goods of foreign origin. Therefore, when LLC Trading House AvtoAudioCentre sells such goods, the columns “GTE” and “Country of origin” are filled in the tabular section of the document “Sales of goods and services”, after setting the visibility of these columns. From the open form of the document, the document “Invoice issued” is registered, which is necessary for the correct accounting of value added tax. Using the "Print" button, invoices and waybills are printed.

On the basis of the document “Sales of goods and services”, documents are generated that reflect related business transactions: “Incoming cash order”, “ Payment order incoming", "Return of goods from the buyer". To register the receipt of cash at the cash desk of the organization, the document “Incoming cash order” is intended by selecting it in the menu “Cashier” - “Cash documents”. When cash is received from the buyer, the transaction type "Payment from the buyer" is selected in the document. In the requisite "Contract" of the document "Incoming cash order", the contract is selected in which the type "with the buyer" is set. When posting a document, the program determines the status of settlements under the contract and divides the received amount into an advance payment and payment. An outgoing cash order can be printed by clicking the "Print" button in the bottom toolbar of the document.

Information about the bank accounts of AvtoAudioTsentr Trading House LLC is stored in the Bank Accounts directory. The following bank account information is entered into the infobase: account type, currency, account number, bank, and other information. To reflect the receipt of funds to the current account, the document "Incoming Payment Order" is intended by selecting it in the "Bank" - "Incoming Payment Order" menu. When non-cash funds are received from the buyer, the type of operation "Payment from the buyer" is selected in the document. The printed form of the document is not provided. It is more convenient to enter this document into the information base using the “Bank statement” processing.

"1C: Accounting 8" provides a set of standard reports that allow you to analyze data on balances, account turnovers and transactions in a variety of sections. Among them are the balance sheet, account balance sheet, account card, account analysis, general ledger and others.

For example, if you need to get data on debt

buyers for goods in the "Reports" menu, select "Turnover and balance

account statement", indicating account 62 "Settlements with buyers and customers" and

selecting subconto "Counterparties" (table 2.3.1).

Table 2.3.1

From this document it can be seen that at the end of February 2009, Avtokonneks-N had accounts payable in the amount of 14,508 rubles. in the form of an advance payment received, and for Form Soft - accounts receivable for the unpaid amount of goods for 7,936,516.31 rubles. Enterprise "Autoprioritet" has no debt.

The "Account Analysis" report reflects the turnover between the selected account and all other accounts for a certain period, as well as account balances at the beginning and at the end of the period. Table 2.3.2 presents an analysis of account 41.1 "Goods in warehouses".

Table 2.3.2,

This report shows that in February, goods were purchased from suppliers in the amount of 11,121,724.36 rubles. Accounting for goods on account 41.1 "Goods in stock" in accordance with accounting policy OOO Trading House AvtoAudioCentre is conducted at actual cost. The organization sold goods, writing them off in accounting at an average price in the amount of 9049369.24 rubles. The balance of goods in stock at the end of February 2009 amounted to 49,563,011.61 rubles.

The preparation of financial statements involves the preliminary execution of the operation "Closing the month". To do this, go to the menu "Operations" - "Regular operations" - "Closing the month". The document form “Closing the month” contains a hierarchical list of routine operations, which include depreciation and repayment of the cost, closing accounts 44 “Sales expenses”, 90 “Sales, 91 “Other income and expenses”, income tax calculations, balance reform and closing tax accounts. To complete the period end procedure, the last date of the month of the year is indicated in the document header, the necessary scheduled operations are checked, and the OK button is pressed. The program will perform all the necessary calculations and generate postings.

For example, when closing in February 2009, account 90 “Sales” was closed to account 99.1 “Profit and Loss” through sub-account 90.9 “Profit/loss from sales”. From the formed balance sheet on account 90 "Sales" for February 2009, it is clear that as a result of closing this account as a whole does not have a balance, however, each sub-account may have a debit or credit balance (Appendix 4). In February 2009, the organization received a profit from the sale of goods in the amount of 387,783.19 rubles, and in general since the beginning of the year, 314,223.73 rubles, since in January 2009 a loss in the amount of 73,559.46 rubles was recorded.

Financial results are formed by the scheduled operations “Closing account 90” and “Closing account 91”.

After completing the month-end closing procedure, you can start preparing regulated reports: financial statements, tax returns, reporting to off-budget funds, statistics forms and various references. To work with regulated reports, the “Regulatory and financial reporting” processing is intended in the “Reports” menu. To enter a new regulated report, you need to find from the list of reports desired shape, such as a balance sheet, and double-click on it. A start window will appear on the screen, in which it is necessary to select the period for compiling the report, for example, for 2008. After clicking on the “OK” button of the start window, an unfilled form will open balance sheet. After clicking the "Fill" button, the balance sheet will be automatically filled in according to the information base (Appendix 5). Some of the cells in the tabular section will be colored white, which means you cannot edit, if yellow - fill in manually, green - calculated automatically based on the data entered in other cells.

Scheduled reports do not provide automatic generation of postings. Therefore, in cases where the generated reports must be reflected in tax and accounting records, for example, calculated income tax, the corresponding entries must be entered manually.

Thus, to automate accounting and tax accounting, including the preparation of mandatory (regulated) reporting, AutoAudioCentre Trading House LLC uses 1C: Accounting 8. The use of documents that automatically generate postings makes it much easier to maintain accounting and prepare for reporting, especially with a large document flow. This program provides a solution to all the problems facing the accountants of the enterprise under study. 3. Sales audit in wholesale trade

Sales audit planning

Currently, there are certain groups of users who need reliable information about the financial condition of the organization they are interested in. These include investors, lenders, suppliers, state organizations, the owners of the company. An independent body, namely an audit firm, can carry out verification of the reliability of the financial statements of commercial organizations. Auditing activity in the Russian Federation is regulated by the Federal Law “On Auditing Activities” dated December 30, 2008 No. 307-FZ, regulations of the President and Government of the Russian Federation that define general organizational issues of audit regulation, as well as federal and internal rules (standards) of auditing activities. The priority, of course, is the Federal Law "On Auditing", which confirmed the final formation of the Russian audit system and created prospects for its further development. This document, which focuses on the legal and regulatory provisions of auditing in the Russian Federation, should be considered in the context of other important legal acts: the Federal Rules (Standards) of Auditing, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 23, 2002 No. 696, the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, tax code RF, Federal Law "On Accounting" dated November 21, 1996, No. 129-FZ.

According to the Federal Law "On Auditing Activities" dated December 30, 2008 No. 307-FZ, AvtoAudioCenter Trading House LLC is subject to mandatory audit for 2008 according to such indicators as:

The volume of proceeds from the sale of products for the previous reporting year exceeds 50 million rubles or;

The amount of assets in the balance sheet as of the end of the year preceding the reporting one exceeds 20 million rubles. Federal Standards audit activities are approved by the Government of the Russian Federation and are mandatory for audit organizations, individual auditors, as well as for audited persons, with the exception of the provisions in respect of which it is indicated that they are advisory in nature. Federal auditing standards define the general approach to its conduct, the scope of the audit, the types of auditors' reports, methodology issues, as well as the basic principles that auditors must follow. Specific actions, techniques, procedures used during the audit are regulated by the audit organization itself and are drawn up in the form of internal standards of the company.

The purpose of a sales audit is determined from the overall objective of the audit, which is to verify and confirm (or not confirm) the reliability of the organization's financial statements. Therefore, the purpose of the audit of sales in the wholesale trade of AvtoAudioTsentr Trading House LLC is to establish compliance with the methodology used in the organization for accounting for sales of goods regulatory documents in order to form an opinion on the reliability of financial statements in all material respects. <$ ^/ е */.в£с<»*с a^ft^h pae/,<<.,^.

In the rules (standards) of audit activity, three stages of the audit are traced: planning, direct implementation of audit procedures, preparation of an audit report and written information to the management of an economic entity, y^ Planning of audit activity is regulated by federal rule (standard) No. Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 23, 2002 No. 696. Planning, being the initial stage of an audit, includes three main stages: preliminary planning, development by an audit organization of a general audit plan indicating the expected volume, schedules and timing of the audit; an audit program that determines the scope, types and sequence of audit procedures necessary for the formation of an objective and reasonable opinion by an audit organization on the organization's financial statements.

At the stage of preliminary planning, the auditor evaluates the possibility of conducting an audit. To do this, you need to familiarize yourself with the financial and economic activities of OOO "Trading House AvtoAudioCentre", obtain information about external and internal factors affecting its economic activities. Obtaining information about the activities of the audited entity is an important part of work planning, it helps to identify events, transactions and other features that may have a significant impact on financial statements.

The source of information about the organization is the constituent documents on registration, financial statements, contracts, agreements of an economic entity, materials of tax audits, information obtained from conversations with management and executive personnel.

After the preliminary planning is completed, the development of an overall plan and audit program should begin. In the process of their preparation, it is necessary to evaluate the effectiveness of the internal control system. The internal control system is a set of organizational measures, methods and procedures adopted by the management of the organization for the orderly efficient conduct of business activities. This system includes supervision and verification of compliance with legal requirements, accuracy and completeness of accounting documentation, timeliness of preparation of financial statements, prevention of errors and distortions, execution of orders and orders, ensuring the safety of assets. The assessment of the internal control system is carried out in accordance with the standard No. 8 "Assessment of audit risks and internal control carried out by the audited entity", approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated July 04, 2003 No. 405.

At the beginning of the work, a general idea was obtained about the specifics and scale of the activity of an economic entity and about the system of accounting and internal control. The results of this review are presented in Appendix 6. The internal control system was rated at an average level of 57%. This result was calculated as the percentage of positive tests to the total number of tests participating in the survey.

Based on the initial result obtained from the assessment derived for the entire stage, it was decided to rely on the internal control system of the economic entity subject to verification.

When preparing the general plan and program, the level of materiality and audit risk are determined. According to Federal Standard No. 4 "Materiality in Audit", the auditor assesses what is significant in his professional judgment. The level of materiality is understood as the limiting value of the error in financial statements, starting from which a qualified user of these statements with a high degree of probability will no longer be able to draw correct conclusions on its basis and make correct economic decisions. When calculating the materiality level in Table 3.1.1, the base indicator is calculated as the arithmetic mean of two known indicators for the previous year and the reporting year 2008.

Table 3.1.1. Calculation of the materiality level LLC "Trading House AvtoAudioCentre"

Table 3.1.2 presents the calculation of determining the level of materiality. Intermediate average value of 2627.88 thousand rubles. must be compared with intermediate values in column 4. The values of profit and capital deviate significantly from the average, therefore, these indicators are not included in further calculations. The values of revenue and cost are adjusted downward by a factor of 2 so that these indicators satisfy the requirements for the homogeneity of the already compiled aggregate. The resulting value is 2435.51 thousand rubles. rounded up to 2,000,000 rubles. with the condition that the newly obtained value will deviate from the true value within 20%.
