The limit specified loads acting on the loops are calculated by the formulas:

; (1)

(2)

where R pr- limiting external concentrated load acting in the plane of the sash;

R g - horizontal (pulling out) force acting on the loop;

R in - vertical load (shear) acting on the hinge rod;

H- sash height;

AT- sash width;

a - the distance that determines the location of the loop in the block;

G- mass of the sash.

The design loads for a particular loop are calculated using the formulas:

The limiting value of the stress that occurs in the wood when it is crushed (tensile strength) across the fibers;

The limiting value of stress (tensile strength) that occurs in wood when it is crushed along the fibers.

The condition for selecting a loop is: .

When calculating, it is necessary to take into account not only the mass and dimensions a specific sash (leaf), but also the characteristics of the materials of the window (door) block.

5.4.2 The connection of rods with bushings or brackets in screw-in loops must withstand a pull-off force of at least 800 N.

5.4.3 Resistance to static and dynamic loads of hinges is determined in finished window (door) blocks, taking into account their design and material, as well as the fasteners used.

5.5 Requirements for materials and components

5.5.1 For the manufacture of hinges, the following materials should be used: steel, brass, plastic and a special aluminum profile according to the current regulatory documentation.

Gaskets used in hinges for tempered glass door blocks must be made of weather-resistant elastic polymer materials.

5.5.2 Materials and components used for the manufacture of hinges must be resistant to climatic influences.

Polymeric and synthetic materials must have a sanitary and epidemiological conclusion drawn up in the prescribed manner.

The weld metal and the boundary zone must not have cracks. seam cratersin places of stopping (end) of welding must be digested (brewed);

The surface of the seams should be smooth or evenly scaly without sharp transitions to the base metal;

The seams must be tight along the entire length and not have burns, constrictions, welds, lack of penetration, slag inclusions, etc.

The tensile strength of the metal of the welded joint of the loops must not be lower than the requirements for the base metal.

5.6 Completeness

5.6.1 Hinges must be supplied complete in accordance with GOST 538. The delivery set should include a complete set of elements necessary for the installation and operation of hinges on a window or door block.

Each batch of loops, as well as the sale of loops through a retail network, must be accompanied by a label according to GOST 2.601. One copy of the installation and maintenance instructions must be included in each box. to with loops.

5.6.2 Upon agreement with the customer, it is allowed to supply hinges without fasteners.

5.7 Marking and packaging

5.7.1 Marking the hinges - according to GOST 538.

The letters P or L are applied to the loops - for right and left loops, the designation is not applied to universal loops.

5.7.2 Requirements for packing loops - according to GOST 538.

Additional packaging requirements, if necessary, may be specified in the supply contract.

6 Acceptance rules

6.1 Acceptance of loops is carried out in accordance with the requirements of this standard and GOST 538.

Loops are accepted in batches. When accepting loops at the manufacturing plant, a batch is considered to be the number of loops of the same name, made within one shift and issued with one quality document. A batch is also considered the number of loops of one design, made according to one order.

6.2 The quality of the loops for compliance with the requirements of this standard is confirmed by:

Incoming control of materials and components;

Operational production control;

Acceptance control of finished loops;

Periodic and certification tests;

type tests;

Qualification tests.

6.3 The procedure for conducting incoming and operational production control at workplaces is established in the technological documentation for hinges.

6.4 Acceptance quality control of finished products and periodic tests are carried out in accordance with the table. Control plan and order acceptance control- on GOST 538.

6.5 Periodic testing of products is carried out once every two years. Tests are carried out on samples that have passed acceptance control.

6.6 Certification tests of products are recommended to be carried out in the scope of periodic tests.

6.7 Type tests of products are carried out after changes are made to the design, materials or manufacturing technology to assess the effectiveness and feasibility of making changes.

The scope of type tests is determined by the nature of the changes made.

Type tests are carried out on products that have passed acceptance control.

6.8 Qualification tests of products are carried out for all indicators when putting products into production.

6.9 Certification and periodic tests are carried out in test centers (laboratories) accredited for the right to test these products.

6.10 Each batch of products must be accompanied by a quality document.

6. 11 Acceptance of products by the consumer does not release the manufacturer from liability in case of detection of hidden defects that led to a violation of the performance characteristics of products during the warranty period.

7 Control methods

7.1 Compliance of materials and components with the requirements of regulatory documents is established by comparing the indicators of accompanying documents with the requirements of RD for materials and components.

7.2 Loop sizes and limit deviations are determined with a universal tool, and software methods for controlling the manufacturing process of manufacturers are also used.

7.3 The appearance of products, welds, completeness, presence of markings, packaging are visually checked for compliance with the requirements of this standard, design documentation and standard sample.

7.4 The quality of coatings is checked by GOST 538; adhesion - GOST 15140; corrosion resistance of coatings - GOST 9.308 , GOST 9.401.

7.5 The operation of the moving parts of the hinge is checked manually, repeating the cycle of the hinge at least five times.

7.6 Tests of products for failure-free operation, resistance to static and dynamic loads are carried out on special equipment (benches) according to agreed and approved programs and methods.

After testing, the loops must remain operational.

8 Transport and storage

8.1 Loops are transported by all means of transport in accordance with the rules for the carriage of goods in force for this type of transport.

8.2 During storage and transportation, the hinges protect against the effects of atmospheric precipitation and protect against mechanical damage.

8.3 Storage conditions for products - group 2 GOST 15150.

9 Installation and operating instructions

9.1 The choice of hinge design, the required number for installation on a window (door) unit and installation should be carried out in accordance with the recommendations and design programs of manufacturers.

9.2 Mounting of the hinges should be carried out in accordance with the mounting instructions included in the delivery.

where R etc - limiting external concentrated load acting in the plane of the sash;

R G - horizontal (pulling out) force acting on the loop;

R in - vertical load (shear) acting on the hinge rod;

H- sash height;

AT- sash width;

a- the distance that determines the location of the loop in the block;

G- mass of the sash.

The design loads for a particular loop are calculated using the formulas:

R g r = π d st l bunk k n [ τ cm ]; (3)

R in p = 0.1 d st l n ap [σ cm ], (4)

where R g r

R in r

d st - diameter of the screw-in loop rod;

l n ap - depth of cutting (thread);

k n - coefficient of completeness of thread cutting;

[ τ cm ] - the limiting value of the stress that occurs in the wood when it is crushed (tensile strength) across the fibers;

[ σ cm ] - the limiting value of stress (tensile strength) that occurs in wood when it is crushed along the fibers.

The condition for selecting a loop is:P G R ³ P G ; P in R ³ P in .

When calculating, it is necessary to take into account not only the mass and overall dimensions of a particular sash (leaf), but also the characteristics of the materials of the window (door) block.
