Of course, the guy was purposeful, but in those years he was fascinated exclusively by sports, more precisely, hockey ... ".

Dzerzhinsky Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR (OMSDON). He took part in operations to restore constitutional order in Baku, Yerevan, Kokand and Fergana.

In 1998, Vorobyov received a second education, graduating from the All-Russian Academy of Foreign Trade (in Moscow) with a degree in international economics with knowledge foreign language.

On this, Andrei Vorobyov's craving for knowledge did not weaken. It is also reported that the Dissernet project found massive borrowings from previously published sources in Andrey Vorobyov's PhD thesis.

Entrepreneurship and career of Andrei Vorobyov

1991-1998 Andrei Vorobyov was engaged in commerce. He founded OAO Russian Sea Group of Companies. This company has become one of the largest sellers of fish and seafood in Russia. Then Andrey Yuryevich moved to the civil service.

At first, Andrey Vorobyov worked as an assistant to the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation at Sergei Shoigu. In 2000, Vorobyov organized and became president of the Interregional Public Fund for Support of the United Russia Party.

On December 4, 2003, Andrey Yuryevich Vorobyov was elected a deputy of the State Duma of the 4th convocation. Vorobyov's political career was continued in 2007 (in the State Duma of the 5th convocation) and in 2011 (in the State Duma of the 6th convocation). In parallel, from 2005 to 2012, Andrey Vorobyov was the head of the Central Election Commission of the All-Union Party "United Russia", and in the State Duma - the deputy head of the "United Russia" faction and a member of the committee on education and science.

Andrey Vorobyov as governor

In 2012 Vladimir Putin invited Andrei Vorobyov to become acting. the head of the Moscow region, to which the head of the Central Election Commission of the WPP "United Russia" agreed. On November 8, 2012, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the appointment of Andrei Vorobyov as Acting Governor of the Moscow Region.

As you know, the post of governor of the Moscow region became vacant after the appointment of Sergei Shoigu, who headed the region for the past six months, as Minister of Defense instead of Anatoly Serdyukov.

In order to restore the forests near Moscow, affected by the epidemic of the bark beetle and the subsequent sanitary felling, in September 2014 Andrey Vorobyov launched the campaign “Our forest. Plant your tree." In the same year, Vorobyov approved the governor's OSVV program, which provides for the sterilization of female stray dogs and their return to the street for free living in an urban environment.

In 2016, Russian President Vladimir Putin held a working meeting with Governor Andrei Vorobyov, during which the head of the Moscow Region spoke about the elimination of queues for kindergartens in the region, measures taken to develop healthcare, and support social business. So, according to Vorobyov, 350 preschool institutions were built in the Moscow region. Thanks to this “serious breakthrough”, the queue for kindergartens was eliminated.

Also, according to Vorobyov, at least forty percent of the income received from public transport near Moscow, until recently, remained in the shadows. The situation was changed only by the Strelka card.

In 2016, Andrei Vorobyov initiated a reform of local self-government, in which the two-tier system of government in the region (rural and urban settlements, municipal districts and city districts) was replaced by the creation of urban districts. This was due to the intention to cut officials and costs. The project was criticized for violating the law on local self-government, depriving the local population of the ability to control local power and concentrating resources in the centers of new administrative units. The initiative was criticized by the State Duma committee on federal structure and local self-government, members of the Human Rights Council under the President of the Russian Federation. By March 2017, 14 municipal districts were transformed into urban districts.

The city-planning activity of the governor is also criticized. One of his campaign promises was "low-rise suburbs". Andrei Vorobyov has repeatedly stated that he opposes the development of rural areas of the Moscow region. Meanwhile, after his election to the post of governor, mass multi-storey building continued in the region, in a number of cases with the approval of the Regional Town Planning Council headed by him.

Such an example is reported as the construction of a high-rise MFLC in the square of the central part of the city of Zhukovsky, despite the fact that in 2013 Andrey Vorobyov several times promised the voters of the city that this would not happen.

Andrei Vorobyov is very concerned about problems with landfills.

In 2015, Andrey Vorobyov, Governor of the Moscow Region, signed a memorandum on the construction of 15 waste incinerators in the region. As the Greenpeace Russia website reported, according to environmentalists, Hitachi Zosen was entrusted with implementing the project, while Vorobyov chose this company on his own without holding open tenders. “Therefore, Greenpeace asks the Prosecutor General’s Office to check the actions of the governor for the presence of a corruption component,” the letter said.

In addition, Greenpeace experts argue that, having opted for the construction of factories, Vorobyov ignored the requirement prescribed by law to give preference to separate waste collection and processing of waste into useful products. “The governor, without any open discussions and research, arbitrarily chose the most expensive and environmentally hazardous technology - incineration,” the environmentalists noted.

Residents of Balashikha, Volokolamsk, Klin and other cities near Moscow held protest rallies. As the RBC news agency reported, on the night of March 21, a powerful release of landfill gas occurred in Yadrovo, more than 70 children went to the hospital. They had headaches, vomiting, coughing, rashes, some fainted. Some of the victims were brought by ambulance straight from the schools. Residents of Volokolamsk gathered near the hospital. Vorobyov and Gavrilov arrived at the scene. The head of the district was nearly beaten, and the governor was pelted with snowballs to the cries of “Shame!” and "Killer!". On March 23, Vorobyov fired Gavrilov, and in his place appointed Andrei Vikharev, head of the Losino-Petrovsky district.

The Governor of the Moscow Region Andrey Vorobyov promised to mothball the Yadrovo test site.

The presidential candidate addressed the topic of garbage dumps in the Moscow region more than once Pavel Grudinin, saying that “The Constitution of the Russian Federation guarantees that our citizens must live in a normal ecological environment. The governor said: “give me, I will command the environment myself” and did nothing for two years ... It doesn’t happen that a person fails some business, and they leave him workplace", - Pavel Grudinin said, suggesting that the governor of the Moscow region first solve the problems with garbage, and then "spend 5 billion on PR." That is how much Vorobyov spends on creating his positive image, while the children of the Moscow region are suffocating from the stench.

But Andrey Vorobyov fights drug addiction in an original way. In 2016, the news got a story about how the governor bought drugs, helping the Moscow Region Department of the Federal Drug Control Service to find criminals. Earlier, Federal Drug Control Service officers found a bag in the forest of the Moscow Region, which contained ten bags of synthetic cannabinoid, a concentrate for making spices. It was noted that it was possible to detect and seize the substances with the help of SMS received on Andrey Vorobyov's phone.

Andrey Vorobyov's personal life

There is very little information about Andrei Vorobyov's personal life. The biography of the governor on Wikipedia says that Vorobyov has two children.

On December 7, 2012, in an interview with the Kommersant FM radio station, Andrey Vorobyov said: “My wife died. Accordingly, I live with another woman, we have four children. That's all. And my daughter received an inheritance, this is an apartment, and, accordingly, the savings that remain.

Vorobyov loves football, hockey. From literature, Andrei Vorobyov prefers memoirs, historical and philosophical books.

Andrey Vorobyov's income

According to the declaration for 2015, Andrey Vorobyov earned more than 27.7 million rubles. In his use are land plot with an area of almost 9.5 thousand square meters. m, a residential building with an area of more than 976 sq. m, which the governor shares with three minor children, a parking garage with an area of more than 541 sq. m and a recreation room of 627.5 sq. m. One of the minor children of Vorobyov owns an apartment in Russia with an area of 195 square meters. m and received an annual income of 1 million rubles. The governor himself, according to his declaration, does not own real estate. The amount of income declared by Vorobyov is almost 2.5 times higher than his income for 2014, when he declared an income of 9.3 million rubles.

In 2016, according to the Vlast rating, summing up the results of the declaration company of governors, the head of the Moscow region became the highest paid for the first time. Andrey Vorobyov earned 97.9 million rubles in 2016. This is 20 million rubles. more than the leader of the previous rating - heads Chelyabinsk region Boris Dubrovsky (77.9 million rubles).

In 2013, Alexei Navalny said that the father of the governor of the Moscow region Andrei Vorobyov, Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Yuri Vorobyov, has a plot that costs approximately 200 million rubles. Meanwhile, the income of the deputy chairman of the Federation Council over the past two years amounted to 6 million rubles. As reported, the site of Vorobyov Sr. is located about 900 meters from the residence Dmitry Medvedev"Gorki-9" and four kilometers from the residence of Vladimir Putin "Novo-Ogaryovo".

There is such a thing as a public politician. Although the secret ballot procedure is far from democratic, the people must know who they elect for this or that office.
Of course, we are not Americans for the president to tell reporters how he brews beer in the Oval Office while the first lady grows radishes outside the window. However, having chosen Andrei Vorobyov as governor of the Moscow region, the inhabitants of the region voted for the cat and did not even try to look into the bag in which he was brought from the Kremlin. I tried to look in, but it was o-very dark.
Let's start with the family in which little Andryusha was born. Everything is clear with the father - right or left hand Shoigu, which determined the entire biography of his son. It is known about her mother that she was born in Chechnya, her name is Lyudmila, she does not hide too much that she is one of the richest women in Russia.
But the patronymic and maiden name of Ms. Vorobyeva is a secret with seven seals, and she could change her name at baptism or without baptism. I managed to find her small photo in the rating of Russian millionaires, and before the elections, this site.

Well, yes, she looks more like a Chechen than a Slav, but why hide her nationality? I am not at all stupid (public politician), but such secrets about myself seem wild to me. It seems that I even published my family legend on the net, according to which my great-great-grandmother was a Chechen, brought by the Volga Cossack, my great-great-grandfather, from the Caucasian War. I don't understand why the Moscow region governor is silent, like a fish on ice.
We will not consider the questions why Andrei studied at Vladikavkaz University, and on what start-up capital he built his business empire. Answers to them come to mind instantly, and we have not heard anything from the governor that could refute them. Let's move on to personal life.

From Wikipedia, we learn that Vorobyov has two children, but there is not a word about his wife. No, of course, governors do not reproduce by budding. Once Andrei Yuryevich nevertheless admitted that his wife had died (how? From what? - silence), and now he lives with another woman. Why don't they get married, what does the governor's cohabitant look like, as well as her and their both children - silence, no frame, no pictures.
Why do we need to know all this, you ask. Yes, because some kind of devilry is going on in the house of the government of the Moscow region. A married-unmarried governor surrounded himself with a whole retinue of blondes and gives them ministerial and other. All management flies in helicopters, and Vorobyov's own rotorcraft is rumored to cost a billion rubles. And life in the far suburbs remains at the Ryazan-Kaluga level.
Maybe all of us should have not voted for such a silent man? At least so that he does not spend the regional budget on his blondes and does not shit on the heads of the inhabitants of the region from his helicopter ... However, it's too late to drink Borjomi, and it's time to think about how to correct the situation.
The owner of a much greater political weight lives in the Moscow region than a sparrow. His name is Viktor Imantovich Alksnis. Now he is running for the State Duma, where there were already two convocations, until the elections in single-mandate districts were canceled. He is able to put in place the helicopter governor. According to my information, this is precisely why Andrey Yuryevich is terrified of the election of Alksnis as a deputy of the State Duma.
True, fear is a bad adviser, Vorobyov did not find anything better than to put forward one of his blondes against a political heavyweight. She once worked on television, but her program was closed. And now programs are being closed only for low ratings, because for political reasons everything has long been closed. So I’ll leave my opinion of the former TV man to myself - they closed it, which means it’s a bad program, because the rating on TV is above all.
Why did the 46-year-old governor warm up to 53-year-old Oksana Pushkina today? Plus, she bears a striking resemblance to transgender actor Robert (Alexis) Arquette. I repeat, in house near Moscow The government is doing the devil, and I'm not good at discerning evil spirits. Somehow, the older blonde became the Ombudsman for Children in the MoD.

How did she cope with her job responsibilities? legal education? I think not at all, or, conversely, great, if you remember what such commissioners do. Yes, they do nothing, they comment on family and school scandals leaked to the press, and they receive a considerable salary.
Can Pushkin beat Alksnis? In a fair fight - no way, and traditional ways falsifications may not help. Only the site Fontanka.ru published material about KOIBah - electronic counters of electoral votes. Fountain dancers claim that there is a tiny little dot in the right box of the ballot circulation, and the counting machine reacts only to it. Such a ballot cannot be spoiled, but it can be dropped into an electronic ballot box blank, and the result will be the same.
I don’t know if this is true, but it’s better for all adult residents of the Moscow region, without exception, to come to the polling stations on September 18, look for dots in the boxes, ask to replace the ballot with a dot and, in general, keep their ears open.
Otherwise, the helicopter-blonde bacchanalia will not end.

Ekaterina Bagdasarova - common-law wife of the Moscow region governor, chairman of the Istok charitable foundation. Little is said about this bright and attractive woman in the media, and she does not like to draw attention to her person, so her biography is based mainly on information from unofficial sources.

Nothing is known about the years preceding the marriage with Vorobyov. Nationality, date and place of birth of Bagdasarova is a mystery. Judging by the photo, the spectacular brunette is younger than her husband.

There are rumors about Catherine's early career, allegedly the girl worked in the modeling business. However, there is no conclusive evidence for this fact.

Personal life

The marriage of Bagdasarova with Andrei Vorobyov has not been formalized. Her income does not appear in the declarations, but the press services represent her precisely as the first lady of the Moscow region.

The governor's first wife, Margarita, died of an illness and left her husband two daughters. Now the couple is raising six children together: they have two common sons (George and Mikhail) and two more children each from previous marriages. In an interview, the politician jokes that this is their common contribution to correcting the demographic situation. There is no information about Bagdasarova's first husband.

In July 2018, Vorobyov's eldest daughter married businessman Mark Tipikin, and family photos of the head of the region appeared in the media along with his younger children and his wife, who usually does not advertise the facts of his personal life. According to rumors, the guests of a luxurious wedding at the Four Seasons hotel were forbidden to take pictures, let alone publish them on the Internet, but someone decided to break the ban and “leaked” the photo to the Web.

Ekaterina Bagdasarova now

Officially, the mysterious wife of Vorobyov is the head of the Istok charitable foundation. Employees of the organization organize children's holidays and master classes in hospitals, raise money for the treatment of young patients, help orphans, develop sports and create educational programs.

In September 2018, the Foundation organized a charity run called “Pulse of Kindness” in Kolomna, which was supported by eminent Olympic athletes. The purpose of the event was to raise funds to support orphanages near Moscow.

Ekaterina Bagdasarova in 2018 at the Pulse of Good event

As chairman of Istok, Bagdasarova now appears in public from time to time, but rarely does so. In general, she is a non-public person: Ekaterina does not give interviews, does not maintain a page on Instagram and others. in social networks and almost never accompanies her husband at official events.

On September 9, 2018, the Moscow Region, like the rest of the 79 regions of the Russian Federation, joined the elections and decided the fate of the governor's chair. Among the 6 nominated candidates, Andrey Vorobyov, who has been in this position since 2012, won with 65.52% of the votes. However, the expectations of the current head of the Moscow region were justified: he himself put a little more than 50% on convincing success. According to some experts, this happened thanks to "direct conversation with people."

Childhood and youth

Andrei Vorobyov was born on April 14, 1970 in Krasnoyarsk, Siberia. Russian by nationality. As a child, nothing foreshadowed a brilliant career as a politician. The boy was seriously interested in "a real male sport" and even received the title of CCM. The coaches of the local Sokol and the capital Dynamo drew attention to promising players.

But it was not destined to become the second:

“Maybe some acquaintances, connections or own determination were not enough. As a result, our trio broke up, the dreams of big hockey had to be buried.

Due to constant training and traveling around the cities, there was no strength, no time, no desire as such to delve into studies. Therefore, the student's performance was listed at the "average" mark. Of the subjects, I liked literature and the Russian language, but the guy did not feel much craving for knowledge. She did not appear at the university either - after the first course, the army followed.

FROM early years parents were an indisputable authority and an example for two sons.

“The duty of parents is to help at key forks. Plus - life in the family, relationships between elders. No words will save if the children see that the father does not respect the mother, does not take care of her, and she does not serve as the rear of the head of the house, ”says Andrei Yuryevich, who followed in the footsteps of the head of the family.

In general, such cohesion led to unity in business, where the Vorobyovs were called nothing more than a clan that put together an entire empire. Yuri Leonidovich made his way from a rescuer to a deputy of a third party in the state, his mother Lyudmila Ivanovna owns Grand Land, his younger brother Maxim is in charge of Russian Aquaculture (formerly Russian Sea), his grandmother, uncle and two cousins were also involved in large business .

Andrey Vorobyov in the army

The recruit was sent to a special purpose division in Baku, then to Yerevan, where unrest broke out every now and then, which had to be suppressed, then to Central Asia. He did not have any romantic illusions in connection with what he saw, and did not want to stay in military service in the future. However, I learned the main thing - to reinforce what was said with actions. After demobilization, he recovered at the institute, taxied in the "six" or grandfather's VAZ - 2111.

Opening the first business of a young man was prompted by card debt. Then his grandmother helped to pay it off, giving an old valuable thing on bail to a gypsy baron. I wanted to move to Moscow, where my relatives lived at that time, but it didn’t work out. Therefore, the graduation year was completed in Vladikavkaz state university, then entered the Academy of Foreign Trade.

Career and politics

In 1997, Andrei and Maxim went into the fishing business and built their own factory. Due to the crisis, the company was launched only after 2 years. Later, he was completely controlled by his younger brother, for which he got into the prestigious Forbes list. And the eldest went to the service of a friend and colleague of his father - this is how his political biography.

After working as a personal assistant to the current Minister of Defense, he became the head of the United Russia support fund, and contributed to the affected communities.

In 2002, he was appointed a senator from the Republic of Adygea, then he was a State Duma deputy in the same region for 9 years, worked on the committee on education and science, and was deputy head of United Russia. In parallel, he received a Ph.D., but the dissertation caused a mixed assessment and even accusations of plagiarism. Later he defended his master's degree at the Higher School of Economics. Managed the Central Election Commission "ER", was responsible for the construction of sports facilities and kindergartens.

Later, he took the post of governor of the Moscow region, whose first bill on the abolition of direct elections was adopted within a day. Vorobyov also wrote: an action to restore trees affected by the invasion of bark beetles; the law on sterilization and release of stray dogs; expansion of powers of senior officials; Decree on objects of cultural heritage.

Often, the activities of the politician were criticized. For example, the construction of houses in Zhukovsky Square, which provoked a rally of 2 thousand people, a forest amnesty and the burning of garbage dumps. The latter was opposed by Greenpeace and the residents of Volokolamsk themselves, who showered the official with snowballs and unpleasant shouts at the poisoned children during a visit to the hospital.

Personal life

Little is known about Margaret's first official wife, except for the sad fact that she died suddenly.

With his second wife, Vorobyov, although not painted, lives in a happy civil marriage, raising six heirs. Each of them had two girls from a previous relationship, the sons of George and Mikhail gave him already. Now “a pleasant, sociable, beautiful” woman runs a charitable foundation that helps children in difficult life situations.

In the early autumn of 2017, the news of the marriage of one of the eldest daughters of the politician thundered. The Four Seasons Hotel, overlooking the Kremlin, accommodated about 200 guests, who were strictly forbidden to take photos and videos from the scene, and even more so to publish them on the Internet.

Many Russian pop artists were responsible for the musical atmosphere and festive mood, and only one wedding cake in the form of swan wings and 2 m in height was estimated at 880 thousand rubles. Ekaterina's chosen one was MGIMO graduate Mark Tipkin, whose father is on the board of directors of Russobank.

Andrey Vorobyov in the program "Imprint with Mikhail Zelensky"

In July 2018, Andrei Yuryevich visited the program “Imprint with Mikhail Zelensky”, where in an interview he frankly spoke about large family. For example, that he gives instructions in a neat game form, dedicates the weekend to joint walks and shopping, and most valuable of all - friendship and trust. From traditions: dumplings for the New Year and pancakes for Forgiveness Sunday, in the summer - shish kebab and barbecue.

Andrey Vorobyov now

In the election program, the governor elected for a second term said that he would make his region "strong, clean and healthy." This refers to "a powerful economy, a clean environment and a decent salary."
