Drug dealers. CIA is the biggest drug dealer

The fact that the country has an acute problem with drugs is a well-known fact. They talk a lot about this, but are they doing something to solve the problem?
And in Yekaterinburg they are fighting with it. The well-known foundation "City Without Drugs" is fighting.
I invite you to consider four stories about the operations carried out by this fund.
Story #1
Cooker Kairat
Ours worked with Lenin's. A very active cook named Kairat was attached to Lenina 10. Rare animal. AT rented apartment a lot of drugs. There are three girls there. One is nineteen, the rest seem to be youngsters. The girls who are drawn into the screw movement are all beautiful. Why is that? One lives with Kairat (you must love screw so much!). On the seventh month. The pupils are wider than the eyes. Who will give birth? At the same address, several drug addicts were constantly rubbing themselves. I think that the girls are also all vichy. Someone's daughter. Screw Kairat gave them without money. Used the services. His surname is Mirzalimov.
The whole apartment is crammed with boxes of broncholitin. On these packages sunbeds are made. strategic reserve. Kairat was found with 20 cubes, a laboratory tool, etc. Among other things, they designed a brothel.

Story #2
We knew that one advanced major Vova, the son of a famous father, was selling amphetamines at 1.5 thousand per gram. He drives a new red Mitsubishi Lanser and delivers whistles. At the same time, he is studying in the fifth year at the UPI. In general, life is good!
Found people to whom he sold. Through them they pulled him to the arrow. He brought, detained. First brazen, then overdone. Began to trade.
As a result, he betrayed his friend Kostya Kovylyaev, also born in 1985. And I ordered 5 grams of amphetamine from him.
Kostya, aka Woody or Kostopen, brought it. Twisted.
Without thinking twice, Kostopen blew his supplier Nikita, who was trading at the "Smoking Dog" on March 8th. Ordered 10 grams for 1000 rubles. Attached. And here things began to take on a slightly different color. Nikita turned out to be a young homosexual by the name of Kornet, a student of the Faculty of Journalism of the Ural State University. Completely obzhabanny, three days did not sleep, delivered drugs to clubs (Parking, Smoking Dog, etc.). 12 grams of amphicus were found on him. hair dryer Pink colour, fashionable among junkies.
Nikita, as a future journalist, knew the laws and all his rights. He had to be persuaded. They took it kindly. He, literally out of friendship, surrendered all his senior comrades. And this is where it started. Kafka is resting.
According to Nikitina's natyrka, we went with a search to a cozy family nest on Sverdlov, 14. Full apartment of homosexuals. Or rather, two homosexuals and one transsexual. And one of the homosexuals is a transsexual husband.
Then, when they found 360 grams of pink amphetamine, they remembered why they had come. The owner of the apartment is called Yasha, or rather, they used to be called. And now he is Sophia. But when he voluntarily became a woman, he changed his passport and rights. But since the woman turned out to be worthless, when he was slowed down somewhere, all the traffic cops ran to watch. You know, such an unhealthy curiosity for someone else's injury. And he received a man's passport and man's rights. And the female did not throw away, you never know what. And he became at least somewhere.
And so all this army of lovers was dragged to the regional department. Naturally, all vlezhku. Policemen on business and idle run into the office, look in, discuss the details. The female investigator becomes embarrassed and asks not to have these conversations in front of her.
And then Yasha began to talk. The picture is serious. An aspiring homosexual named Vanya Rodionov, who graduated from two institutes, including Law Academy, had ambitions that did not match his capabilities. And offended. All fellow students who are in the prosecutor's office, who are making a career in the investigation, but he is just a homosexual. And he decided to get rich and score a goal for everyone. I calculated the whole clearing, found recipes, and plowed the poor transsexual to the very hard work, as a chemist.
During the three days of the continuous process, they received from three to four kilograms of pink amphetamine. Through junkies-homosexuals, they distributed it among themselves, also in clubs, among students.
Most of this amphetamine was sold in Parking through the bartender - a young, sought-after homosexual Denis.
I talked with Yasha until five in the morning. He gave out a huge amount of information. And then I asked him: “How do you identify yourself?”. He says, "I don't understand." Then the straightforward Malenkin explained: “In short, are you a man or a woman?” Then Yasha said sadly: “Well, look at me, what kind of woman am I?” And indeed. And Malenkin and I in a voice: “So why then everything?” He lowered his head and said softly, "That was a fatal mistake."
Represent, the man has cut off to itself the most expensive!!! I drilled an extra hole in myself!!! I changed my name, documents, worldview, I was a woman for 12 years, I married Valera!!! He suffered, suffered from the unhealthy curiosity of others. Wearing a skirt...
And all in order to finally understand that a fatal mistake has occurred and he is still a man ...
In the regional department, they gathered a whole council where Yasha should be placed. Some say you need to go to the men's, others - to the women's. The investigator says: "I'll put you in jail according to your passport." Opera say: "Yeah, he has two of them!". Kind Malenkin asks: “Yasha, which one do you want?”. Yasha straightened his shoulders: “Of course, in the men's! Although ... "" Well, you still think about it ... "

Story #3
Yesterday, with Zhelezka, a girl was removed from the Ekaterinburg-Ivdel bus carrying heroin to her (as she thought) beloved in IK-62.
The girl's name is Nadia. Nadia lives in the village of Severka. There are more drug addicts in the village than normal people. The parents are dead. Has given birth, the father of the child does not know.
And so, Nadina's girlfriend "successfully" waited for the guy from the zone. Nadia envied her. A friend decided to improve Nadina's fate through her boyfriend. Nadia's phone number was found out by a root named Grisha who was still sitting in the zone. There were calls, fables about love, and then requests. Nadia fell in love with Grisha very much and did not refuse his requests. I traveled, met people, took packages from some, gave them to others. He sent her SMS and MMS, talked about love.
Grinya, as Nadya affectionately called him, once again asked Nadya to meet the man, pick up the package and take him to Ivdel (500 km from Yekaterinburg). This time, Nadya just didn’t make it, got stuck in iron, carried 10 grams. An unpleasant aftertaste remained in my heart.
Grin's bastard will find another for himself. This is how you understand love!

Story #4
Assholes.
One young cunning Uzbek, Dilmurod Boymuratovich, went illegally to Tajikistan, ate 103 capsules of heroin there, about 600 grams, returned to Uzbekistan, flew to Moscow, from there to Chelyabinsk and from Chelyabinsk, already like a master, went to us by taxi. And so burdened, having not eaten for a week and never shitting, he fell into the hands of our FSB officers and the Organized Crime Control Department. They took him 8 kilometers to a psychiatric hospital to do a flush. Our Kolya was present. They installed a large funnel on the stand and put the slag. At first, water was carried in ladles, and then they began to pour it from a bucket. With all the consequences. And then a translator was needed. And Uzbeks worked there, laying tiles. They volunteered to translate. They ran in a crowd, loudly scolded the unlucky fellow tribesman, called names and tried to kick in the ass.
And then, according to his testimony, a Tajik was detained in Aramil, who was supposed to meet him. The scoundrel Merzaev drove up in a new car, he felt so confident that he had more than 100 grams of heroin with him. He lived in Russia for 2 years, worked as a plasterer.

Although law enforcement agencies of all countries of the world are constantly fighting criminals, there are individuals who create entire empires ready to challenge the state. Especially in this field, drug dealers have succeeded, having made billions of dollars, who can afford to maintain an entire army of well-equipped mercenaries. Meet the ten most famous drug lords, whose finest hour came in the 80s and 90s of the last century, with whom in the twenty-first century the secret services learned to effectively fight by quickly blocking major drug supply channels.

10. Ricky Ross

American Ricky Ross, better known in the criminal circles as Freeway, was the king of "crack" in the 80s. During the day, through dealers, he sold drugs for more than $ 3 million, distributing about 400 kilograms of cocaine per week. Now being in an American prison, serving a life sentence, without the right to parole. Passed Ricky Ross partner, becoming intermediaries in the sale of 100 kilograms of cocaine to federal agents.

9. Paul Lear Alexander

Paul Lear Alexander, nicknamed "The Cocaine Baron", is very ambiguous personality, an aura of mystery and omnipotence that has aged around itself. For some time he was the number one supplier of cocaine in Brazil, and at the same time he became so insolent that he openly handed out business cards. However, he was forced to flee to the United States, where he became an informant for the Drug Enforcement Administration, leaking a lot of competitors and seriously increasing the scale of his activities. As a result, Paul Lear Alexander went to jail because of a double game with the federal authorities.

8. Santiago Luis Polanco Rodriguez

Dominican Santiago Luis Polanco Rodriguez, nicknamed Yayo, turned the sale of drugs into a real art, using the marketing tricks of large chain stores. He managed to create his own brand, introduced a system of discounts for regular customers, and the goods were distributed in beautiful parchment envelopes. Rodriguez was able to go to jail for a short time, for a relatively minor offense not related to the main activity. He now lives in Dominica with his family, out of the reach of the US judiciary.

7. Felix Mitchell

Felix Mitchell, better known in criminal circles as “Cat” and “Gangster 69”, did not just create a drug empire, but became a favorite of the black neighborhoods of Auckland, thanks to numerous charity events. He paid for scholarships and education for athletes, generously funded schools, and gave free tickets to children in amusement parks and zoos. After his arrest, during the redistribution of spheres of influence, the streets of the city for several weeks turned into a real theater of hostilities. Mitchell was killed in prison, and his funeral turned into a real show with a crowd of thousands, a lot of flowers and expensive cars. Most paradoxically, a few years after his death, he was acquitted due to errors during the investigation, which made Felix Mitchell a true legend of the underworld.

6. Carlos Leder

Carlos Leder was able to make a dizzying career from an unknown car thief to one of the founders of the Medellin cartel. At one time, he was able to create a very effective system for the delivery of cocaine from Colombia to the United States through Southeast Asia, and made cocaine available even to the middle class. Carlos turned the island of Normans Cay, the Bahamas, into a transshipment base, through which up to 300 kilograms of drugs passed daily. As a result, he was pressed by the Colombian police and extradited to the United States, where Carlos Ledera received a life sentence.

5. Jose Gonzalo Rodriguez Gacha

Jose Gonzalo Rodriguez Gacha, nicknamed "El Mexicano", one of the founders of the Medellin cartel, controlled the transportation of cocaine from Colombia to the United States through Panama and Mexico, plus established channels for the uninterrupted supply of drugs to Europe and Asia. His scale of activity was so great that he even got a hundred of the richest people in the world according to Forbes magazine. Gacha, distinguished by particular cruelty, with the filing of which the Minister of Justice of Colombia and the leaders of several local parties were killed. Moreover, he managed to create professional army, unleashing a real war with the government. As a result, he was killed on a ranch during the storming of the Colombian police.

4. Griselda Blanco

Griselda Blanco, also known as the "Cocaine Queen of Miami" actively cooperated with the Medellin cartel, was considered one of the best distributors of cocaine. It was she who was the first to establish an uninterrupted supply of drugs to the United States from Colombia. Griselda Blanco was able to earn a fortune of half a billion dollars, starting her journey as a girl of easy virtue, changing three husbands along the way. It was a very unbalanced, especially distinguished by its cruelty, on the hands of Griselda Blanca the blood of dozens, if not hundreds of people killed with special sadism. She served 20 years in a US prison for drug trafficking, after which she was deported to Colombia, where she was killed by two mercenaries on motorcycles, firing several shots at point blank range.

3. Hong Sa

Hun Sa, nicknamed the “Opium King” and “Prince of Death”, is not just another ordinary drug lord, but one of the leaders of the Burmese opposition, who managed to create his own state in a state on the border of Myanmar, Laos and Thailand. For some time he controlled 75% of the world's heroin market, fought protracted guerrilla battles with the regular army, and the American authorities offered three million dollars for his extradition. As a result, he surrendered to the Burmese authorities in 1996, having spent the rest of his days in his homeland in comfortable conditions under house arrest.

2. Amando Carillo Fuentes

Amando Carillo Fuentes, also known as the "Lord of Heaven", began his career as a drug dealer as a cocaine henchman for one of the Colombian cartels, who sold through his own network of distributors. In the late 80s, when the Colombian cartels got into big trouble with the law, he got down to business seriously, organizing the Juarez Cartel, which controlled half of the drug trafficking from Mexico to the United States. Fuentes was the first to actively use planes to transport drugs, owning a whole flotilla of 700 flying machines that continuously cruised from south to north America and back. AT best years, under his strict guidance, drug trafficking reached up to 30 million dollars a day. Amando Carillo Fuentes died during an unsuccessful plastic surgery.

1. Pablo Escobar

Drug lord number one, this is Pablo Escobar, founder of the Medellin drug cartel, with an iron hand who ruled over them for many years. In his best years, he controlled 80% of the world cocaine market, by the end of the 90s he made a fortune of $ 9 billion, hitting the list of the richest people in the world according to Forbes. Escobar began his criminal career with ordinary thefts, but quickly went up the hill, by 1977 becoming the number one authority in the underworld. He was not distinguished by a special fantasy of doing business, but he was distinguished by cruelty, the ability to restore order and achieve the goal at any cost. Pablo Escobar waged a real war against officials in Colombia who tried to oppose him, as a result of which more than 30 judges, 400 policemen, about 3,000 civilians were killed and a plane with 100 passengers on board was blown up. As a result, in addition to the authorities, they declared war on the competing drug cartels and the people who suffered from Escobar, who united in the Los Pepes organization. In a few years, a whole bunch of people associated with the No. 1 drug lord in the world were destroyed. Pablo Escobar died at the hands of a Los Pepes sniper, during the police assault on the house in which he was hiding.

CIA is the biggest drug dealer

Strange as it may sound, the CIA had to get involved in the drug trade in order to protect American interests. The fight against international communism required more and more funds, and one day, some smart head came up with the idea to transfer the process to “self-financing” - to earn the money necessary for military operations through drug trafficking. Moreover, most of the wards of the anti-communists were already secretly working in this business. All that remained was to take matters into their own hands.
To be honest, this story is long, only in America over the past 30 years, several dozen scandals have died down. So, we can hardly retell everything (there is simply not enough disk space). Therefore, we will give only a few basic references:

It is better to start acquaintance with the CIA drug dealer from the website of the American dissident Peter Meyer

It is interesting, by the way, that the page that, in fact, contains a selection of links has a subtitle that is rare for the English-speaking part of the network: “The webpage that Yahoo refuses to list”. (a page that Yahoo refused to catalog).

There are many links on the “forbidden page”. Here are just a few, in our opinion, the most interesting:

A Brief History of the CIA Drug Trade:

1947, the CIA supported the Corsican mafia in their fight against the communist unions. As a result, a large laboratory for the production of Heroin appeared in Marseille.

1950s The CIA supports the Nationalist Chinese army against the communist Chinese government. The fight against the communists is financed, including through the drug trade, which is transported by planes with American pilots.

Late 50s, early 70s. In northern Laos, under the patronage of the CIA, a laboratory for the production of Heroin is being built. The finished product is still transported by American pilots. The proceeds go to the "good cause" of the fight against international communism.

1973 - 80s. The huge Nugan Hand Bank of Sydney scandal. This "Pocket Bank", registered in the Cayman Islands, was completely controlled by CIA officers (one of the bank's consultants was former CIA director William Colby). With the help of the Nugan Hand Bank of Sydney, the CIA laundered money from the drug and arms trade in Indochina. The list of publications devoted to the activities of Nugan Hand Bank alone takes up several pages.

80s. The CIA finances the Nicaraguan Contras according to a well-established scheme: "Weapons in exchange for drugs." This time it came to an official investigation. From the conclusion of the Senate Commission (Senate Subcommittee on Terrorism, Narcotics, and International Operations (the Kerry committee)): "The idea of the possibility of financing the military operations of the Contras from the proceeds of the sale of drugs did not cause rejection among those responsible for the formation of American policy in the region" (U.S. policy makers were not immune to the idea that drug money was a perfect solution to the Contras" funding problems.)

Late 1980s CIA supports Afghan Mujahideen against the USSR And again, the transports that arrived in the region with weapons were carrying heroin on their return flight. According to independent experts, at that time Afghanistan produced up to 50% of the heroin consumed in the United States.
On August 23, 1987, police officers killed two teenagers who accidentally discovered a drug dealer base. According to some reports, the CIA “protected” this base.

Abstract of The Mafia, CIA and George Bush (Pete Brewton New York: S.P.I. Books, 1992) According to the author, Bush Sr., the CIA and the American mafia have long been working together to earn their "Bread and Butter". The book, by the way, can be absolutely freely ordered in the largest online store Amazon.com for only $22.95.

Is the CIA Turning Iraqis into Drug Addicts?

I stumbled upon the disconcerting news: the headline read "Where the CIA has power, the drug trade thrives" and I thought it was about Colombia or another South American country. But it was about Baghdad. I was shocked. Oh yes, here is a real panacea for any discontent and desire to get rid of the United States. Put them on a needle, tie their hands. Then, having seized their radio, TV and newspapers, stuff them with propaganda. And they are ripe for religious conversion if the only way to get a dose is to change Allah for Jesus.

"Baghdad. A city that never saw heroin, a drug with a deadly addictive level, until March 2003, is now flooded with drugs, including heroin.

According to a report by the London newspaper The Independent, residents of Baghdad complain that drugs, including heroin and cocaine, are being sold on the streets. Some reports suggest that the drug and arms trade is covered by the CIA, which thus raises money for its operations around the world.

From The Independent: "In al-Bataween - the slums of Baghdad - residents say heroin is sold on the streets. "Until March 2003, there were no drugs in Iraq," says pharmacist Salah Shaamih. anything." He showed a Russian-made pistol that he keeps to protect his pharmacy.

But this was written in 1991, but it is good for understanding what is happening now in Iraq.

"The theory is that the establishment is flooding black neighborhoods with heroin to distract young people from politics," explains Andrew Cooper, publisher of the Brooklyn weekly City Sun. "A drug addict is not dangerous to the authorities."

Well, that doesn't surprise me at all. The CIA is known as the largest supplier of drugs. I remember listening to Daniel Sheehan at night on Radio Pacifica about how the CIA ran the drug trade, back in the Iran-Contra Affair. It continues. Afghanistan has harvested a record opium crop this year.

It seems that heroin is always pouring in after the wars - World War II, Vietnam, Afghanistan (and Yugoslavia - trans.), and now - Iraq. All this is just stupidity. The attack on Iraq is a crime against humanity, fear Superman! Occupy them, let chaos reign, then drug them. And of course TV. And they will nod obediently, listening to Bush's weekly addresses and other American propaganda, instead of rising up and protesting. Not one but two opiums for the masses. Now it is clear why Bush did not order the eradication of opium poppy crops in Afghanistan.

Unfortunately, it is almost impossible to find any information about how things are now. Only two articles were reported on heroin in Iraq. However, in an article about depleted uranium, I found the following message.

Under the new head of Afghanistan, Hamid Karzai, a puppet of Washington, Afghanistan breaks all records for the production of opium under the protection of American soldiers. UN and US reports confirm that the 2002 crop turned Afghanistan into the largest producer of opium in the world. Thanks to atomic weapons, Afghanistan is now - paradise for drug manufacturers (Bush & Cheney Company) ABC News claims that maintaining "peace" in Afghanistan will require long-term occupation. And all these decades, "peacekeepers" will inhale, eat and drink the carcinogens with which they polluted Afghanistan on the orders of the Pentagon - for organized crime."

A little more about wars and drugs

"Luciano organizes the post-war drug trade.

In 1946, American military intelligence made a gift to the mafia - they released Luciano from prison and sent him to Italy, freeing the biggest criminal to restore the drug trade. In requesting his release in 1945, lawyers cited his numerous services to the army and navy. However, the naval scouts, called by witnesses, stubbornly refused to report what exactly they promised Luciano in exchange for his service.

"Between 1946 and 1952, the number of drug addicts in the United States tripled, largely due to the efforts of Luciano. Six years later, the number doubled, eventually the number of hard drug users exceeded half a million. This epidemic is often attributed to the Woodstock generation and hippies, but no less a role in CIA patronage of the Laotian military played this role. The CIA covert operation in Laos during the Vietnam War remains the largest in history. The "Golden Triangle" - Laos, northern Thailand and Burma - supplied 70% of the world's opium from there. Most of the raw materials went to Marseille and Sicily, where the Cosican and Italian mafia in their laboratories turned it into heroin for the syndicate founded by Luciano Air America - smuggled opium out of Laos to finance an illegal war without the need for approval by the US Congress Most of the heroin produced at CIA-affiliated bases was sold US military in Southeast Asia, which led to rampant drug addiction."

Do a web search on the CIA-heroin topic and you'll find out a lot of interesting things about this "dark alliance".

"A simple but useful truth: drugs (or other issues like Islamic terrorism) are pushed into a corner when the main goal is to defeat the evil empire of the USSR. A story about heroin in the Golden Triangle should include connections to the CIA, Pakistani intelligence agencies, the Afghan Mujahideen, the bankrupt BCCI bank and the Pakistani atomic bomb."

"Celerino Castillo, one of America's most successful DEA drug trafficking agents, has a record number of successful operations in New York, Peru, Guatemala, El Salvador and San Francisco. He was ordered not to investigate the US-organized drug trade led by Oliver North After twelve years of service, Castillo resigned, saying he was "amazed how the US government manages to get away with drug dealing for so long." , torture and murder. He talks about how Oliver North used and sold drugs, and how the US anti-drug agency - the DEA - trained death squads in Guatemala and El Salvador. "

What about "CIA, drugs and Clinton?" "The covert operations organized with cocaine money had predecessors: in the 60s, the CIA supported the production of opium in the Golden Triangle, which led to a real epidemic of drug addiction in the United States. Back in the 50s, the CIA considered it useful to cooperate with the Corsican mafia, which imported drugs through Marseille, to break the communist union of dock workers.Think also of the Mujahideen, or Manuel Noriega, who helped organize the supply of drugs to the United States and weapons - contras.

Yes, drugs run the world. No less than oil, although drugs can be stronger - they allow you to forget about reality for a while. The emergence of heroin in Iraq is terrible news. Gangsters organize trade, young people are their victims. Lure them with a free dose, let them get used to it - and they are in your hands. They will beg, steal, they will sell their own mother. But, of course, they will forget about politics, that's for sure. This is what "liberation" is.

WHICH STATE, SUCH AND INTELLIGENCE

(Oleg ARTYUSHIN)
The intelligence agencies of the United States and Germany - the CIA and the BND - traded in dubious deals, says Andreas von Bülow, a former senior official in the German government. In 1976-1980, he served as Parliamentary Secretary of State under the Minister of Defense of the Federal Republic of Germany, and from 1980 to 1982 he headed the Ministry for Economic Cooperation of the Federal Republic of Germany. He outlined his accusations in the published book "In the name of the state: the CIA, the BND and criminal machinations."

According to Andreas von Bülow, the US and German spy agencies have been involved in illegal financial transactions, drug trafficking, support for terrorism and organized crime for many years, and financed their "delicate actions" with the money received. Thus, the Ministry of State Security of the GDR at one time bought a computer from the West German company Siemens, which was not subject to export. At the same time, according to Andreas Bülow, the cover of the transaction, as well as computer training, was carried out through the BND.

No less active was the foreign intelligence of the FRG / BND /, with the assistance of colleagues from the CIA, trading in American technical secrets even in the years " cold war". Through this channel, computer equipment was transported abroad, the export of which was prohibited. At the same time, not only political opponents in the East, but also allies, in particular Israel, who were also not averse to acquiring advanced "know-how" were listed as final recipients Almost without hindrance, before the eyes of the Western intelligence services, equipment and technologies went to Iraq and Libya, which were then used to produce weapons of mass destruction. The Western intelligence services, writes Andreas von Bülow, did not disdain connections with political terrorists.

According to him, in Italy, the detachments of the "Red Brigades" were under the control of the CIA and the Italian special services. However, no active measures were taken to defeat them for purely political reasons. "The goal was set: through acts of excessive violence by left-wing radicals, to discredit the left movement as a whole in the eyes of the public," writes Andreas von Bülow. In his opinion, this indicates that the intelligence services, primarily the United States, "had an impact on all terrorist organizations in Europe, if they did not lead them in whole or in part."

Does the US political elite provide raw materials for drug traffickers in Europe?

V. Bubnov, Pravda.Ru
It is not necessary to spread for a long time about the danger that drugs pose to modern society. Enough has been said and written about it. Meanwhile, this infection is spreading at such a speed that even today there is a real threat to the national security of dozens of countries around the world. And Russia in this series, unfortunately, is no exception ... But the problem of distribution can be approached from the other side. Little attention is paid to the fact that after the US-led operations, drug prices in Europe and Russia are falling sharply. Why, I wonder, is it so?

Everyone knows that the current Afghan government headed by Hamid Karzai practically does not fight drug traffickers in any way. There are many explanations for this - there are not enough forces, the government does not control the entire territory of the country, devastation, etc. When everything returns to normal, then, perhaps, it will be possible to restore order. In the meantime, according to the UN, in 2002 Afghanistan again took a leading position in the production of opiates. Specialists of the UN Office for Combating the Spread of Drugs and Preventing Crime note that in the past year, Afghan peasants collected about 3,400 tons of raw opium from poppy fields covering an area of more than 57,000 hectares. According to aerospace survey data, in the same autumn, 23 thousand hectares have already been sown for the future harvest of 2003. 70% of the opium and almost all of the heroin sold on the streets of European cities is of Afghan origin...

Things are just as bad in another region - Kosovo. At one time, the United States made a lot of efforts to save the freedom-loving Albanian people from the tyranny of Milosevic. And at the same time turned a blind eye to the fact that the Albanian Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) buys weapons with the money received from the sale of drugs. By the way, the American press spoke about the same. For example, in 1999, The Washington Times published an article arguing that the financial well-being of the AOK was based on the heroin trade. A year earlier, the US State Department classified the Kosovo Liberation Army as a terrorist organization funded by the drug trade. Al-Qaeda bin Laden shared the palm with the KLA. Only bin Laden is now running around the Afghan mountains, and the KLA leadership is playing the first fiddle in political life Kosovo. And so successfully that Kosovo is already being called European Colombia...

No matter how they treat the Taliban regime and Slobodan Milosevic, they once tried to resist drug traffickers. However, in the case of the Taliban, one must be careful. Although they introduced a ban on the cultivation of opium poppy, they did not ban its sale. But nevertheless, if before the ban, raw opium was sold at $30 per 1 kg, then after it - already at $700 ... At least something, than nothing at all. By the way, the Northern Alliance, on which a bet was made in the fight against the Taliban, also did not disdain the sale of drugs.

In general, it turns out that in order to achieve some political goals, the leadership of the United States turned a blind eye to the fact that the forces supported by them were repeatedly convicted of large-scale drug trafficking. In principle, there is nothing strange in this. After all, in this case, heroin comes not to American, but to European cities. And, accordingly, this is a problem for Europe, not the United States. But the fact of the matter is that the Europeans will not cope with the drug mafia on their own. It is the United States, since it is the only superpower in the world, that could provide assistance. But Washington is in no hurry to do this ... It is understandable when such a terrible enemy is sitting in Baghdad ...

CIA & MI6 DRUG COMPANY

There have been reports in the media that the US military in Afghanistan is smuggling drugs. For a comment, Alexander Nagorny turned to an expert on organized crime, political scientist Vladimir Filin.

Vladimir Ilyich, are the Americans in Afghanistan really involved in the drug business?

Yes, they have ideal conditions for this. They control the Bagram airfield, from where military transport aircraft fly to the American military base in Germany. This base in two years has become the largest transit point from where Afghan heroin enters other US bases and facilities in Europe. Especially a lot goes to the former Yugoslavia, to Kosovo. And from there, the Kosovo and Albanian drug mafia again imports heroin to Germany and other EU countries.

Why is everything so difficult?

At military bases, smugglers feel relatively safe. There is no serious control. And the German police do not work there. However, outside the bases, German law enforcement jurisdiction comes into play. Of course, any police force can be bought. However, in Germany the level of corruption is not as high as, for example, in Russia. Therefore, it is more convenient for Americans to create distribution centers in other places. I think that over time such centers will become military facilities in Poznan, this is Poland, as well as in Romania and Bulgaria. Poland is a member of the European Union, Romania and Bulgaria are going to be accepted there in 2007. And corruption there is almost the same as in our country.

How big is the volume of American drug trafficking to Europe and who is behind all this?

This is about 15-20 tons of heroin per year. When Poznan is opened, I think it could be 50 or even 70 tons. And the secret services, the CIA and the DIA are behind this. As a matter of fact, this was already the case in Indo-China in the 1960s and 1970s and in Central America in the 1980s.

What is the purpose of the American intelligence agencies?

First, personal enrichment. Secondly, special services receive huge sums. They can spend these funds at their own discretion, without informing Congress and even the President of the United States. Finally, it allows solving political problems. For example, on the basis of common commercial interests, to negotiate with Afghan field commanders who "protect" the drug business in their fiefdoms. And it is also a serious lever of influence on the Kosovo Albanian diaspora, numbering more than a million people in the EU countries. This is a kind of "fifth column" of the United States in "old Europe".

And what are the expected consequences for Russia?

The new American traffic channel provides an alternative to the old transit routes. Including the route through our country. It is no longer controlled from Russia, today it is controlled by others. Therefore, the smaller the transit of drugs through Russia, the weaker the drug mafia, which has access to external forces.

And what, did we control the transit of drugs before?

How can you tell? In 1994, the Taliban came to Afghanistan from Pakistan and occupied the south of the country. In 1996, the Taliban entered Kabul. And two years later they appeared in Kunduz. Ahmad Shah Massoud then had only Pansher and small area on the border with Tajikistan. In Tajikistan itself, after the civil war, the Kulyabians came to power, who were completely dependent on Russia, on our 201st division. Massoud also depended on Russia. He had our advisers, supplies came from us, his aviation was based at the airfield in Kulyab. That is, both Masud and the Tajiks were completely based on Russia. Our influence was predominant. True, even then the British appeared in the Pamirs, more precisely, the "Aga Khan IV Foundation". But this was a local phenomenon. Now about "special goods". Most of it has always been and is still going to Europe through Iran and Turkey. More than 15 percent never went through Tajikistan.

And who exactly did it?

It's not the personalities that matter, but the trends. Until 2000, Russia was not a significant consumer of heroin. The population is poor, and heroin was expensive. In addition, we did not have a tradition of its use. Therefore, the main part of the "special goods", that is 25-30 tons per year, went in transit to Europe to the Kosovo Albanians. You see, all this is not easy: from Afghanistan to Tajikistan, from there to Russia, and from there also to Europe, to the former Yugoslavia. This required a serious organization with great potential, with a serious cover.

So, it was the special services, the army?

Why is it necessary to have an army? The Aga Khan IV Foundation has always done this as well. And then not the whole army.

What has changed since 2000?

Oil prices rose, bad money appeared in the country, and a capacious domestic market arose. It is easier to transport "special goods" from Tajikistan to Russia than through Russia to Europe. Monopoly and centralization become redundant here. On the contrary, decentralization is effective here, a cellular structure based on many small and medium-sized, predominantly ethnic communities. Those Tajiks. In addition to the Tajiks, Turkmenistan began to join this business, and at the state level. Geographically it is advantageous: the Caspian Sea, Astrakhan, Azerbaijan. Afghan drugs also came to Azerbaijan from Iran. And through Turkey, until Batumi was blocked this spring. I think it's temporarily closed. Ultimately, all this heroin ends up in Russia. The Azerbaijani diaspora in our country is two million, the Tajik one is one million. There are also gypsies - these are the most frostbitten. In general, a ready-made dealer network. Laundering is also no problem. One building complex in Moscow, the real estate market is worth something! For about a year since 2002, this whole drug business was crushed by the British from MI6 and DIS - British military intelligence. Not directly, of course. But control is very effective.

How did it happen?

At the end of 2001, the British appeared in the province of Kunduz. This is their area of responsibility in Afghanistan. There, according to the distribution of functions in the multinational forces, they are responsible for the drug business in general throughout the country, and not just in their own north. More precisely, as it officially sounds, they are responsible for the fight against the cultivation of the opium poppy. Not the Americans, but the British. They started by flooding their own country with drugs. Their heroin consumption has increased one and a half times in a year. At the same time, four-fifths of all heroin transited through Tajikistan. Then they considered that this was enough for England, and began to master the Russian market.

How?

They recruited major drug lords - prominent statesmen of Tajikistan. Those, in turn, influence the Tajik diaspora in Russia - this is a ready-made retail network, links with bought cops, security officers, customs. And, besides, they have long-standing relations with some Russians who are in Tajikistan both along the military line and with border guards, who, when we withdrew troops from Bosnia and Kosovo, thereby blocking the direct access of "special goods" to Europe, began financial difficulties. Not that they are poor. They just got used to not counting money, but here they had to count. In other words, these people cannot resist when long-term partners among respected Tajiks approach them with "business" proposals. This is a typical commercial recruitment through intermediate links - the traditional English method.

It turns out that the British control the drug business in Russia?

Yes, indirectly, 70 percent of heroin. Both wholesale and retail. And they do it through Tajik and Russian citizens recruited on a commercial basis.

Which exit? How to deal with it?

Tightening control over the export of acetic anhydride to Asian countries will not radically improve the situation. The recent arrest of Gafur Sedoy also does not solve all the problems. We need to think something about a real fight against corruption in the Russian customs and law enforcement agencies. But this can only be dreamed of under the current government. However, I believe it is still possible to limit air and rail traffic from Tajikistan, including in the interests of law enforcement agencies. This would make large bulk deliveries difficult. Then something needs to be done about migration, both legal and illegal. This would deal a blow to the dealer network. In general, it is necessary to reduce the flow of Afghan heroin into the country by any means.

But if there is a demand for drugs, then there will be a supply?

You still need to fight. We need to study world experience. There is such a point of view, with which I, however, categorically disagree, that if we put a barrier, even if temporarily, on heroin, the market will begin to reorient itself towards cocaine. This happened in the USA in the 70s and 80s, after they left Indochina. Cocaine is, of course, a poison, but heroin is much worse.

First, more harm to health. Secondly, cocaine is more expensive. Therefore, it is less accessible. Thirdly, we do not have a Colombian diaspora, and in Colombia there are not enough representatives of the organization that "protects" Russian seaports. Columbia is not St. Petersburg, it is dangerous for security officers to be there, there is a war going on, they can be kidnapped or killed. In general, the result is a broken scheme, less susceptible to English and American influence. Finally, the mentioned seaports, where ships from Latin America call. We have only a few of them, and the borders with Central Asia and the Caucasus are immense. That is, monitoring and control is still easier.

But you said that you disagree with this point of view?

Of course, I don't agree. It would be good to put a barrier to all drugs. The truth is, I don't know how to do it.

BUSH, DRUGS AND ARABs (Entertaining conspiracy theories)

25-04-2000
The British are famous for their secret services, aristocracy and imperial culture. A suitable career for an English aristocrat was Oxford or Cambridge, then a long service in the colonies or intelligence. Kipling wrote about it:

Bear the burden of the whites, and the best sons
Send to the ends of the earth for distant seas
At the service of semi-wild, gloomy tribes
At the service of half-beasts, and maybe devils.

By the middle of the 19th century, half-beasts began to send the children of their native kings to study at Oxford, along with the "best sons", and an uprooted, Anglicized elite began to be born in the colonies; at the same time, the English aristocracy was imbued with a semi-brutal culture and, in the most radical cases, united with the semi-brutal elite into a single governing body (like the legendary Lawrence of Arabia). The pseudo-independence gained by the British colonies in the 1950s only exacerbated this process - as in Russia, the Eastern "elites" associate their well-being with the well-being of the "civilized world", and not their own (half-beast) peoples.

While England was the main colonial power, the merger of the elites was relatively civilized: the children of local bosses were educated in England, then returned to their homes literate and full of admiration for the knowledge of Europe; especially talented children of bonzes became good scientists (for example, the Japanese emperor Hirohito was a biologist).
Now America has become the main colonial power, where higher education has a completely different function than in England. In England, the aristocracy raised their children in sports and science, as they became spies or officers of the colonial troops. In America, the elite are in the business of finance and chicanery, and accordingly, the main task of higher education in the US is to create powerful horizontal connections. The children of millionaires go to Yale or Harvard not to study, but to get acquainted; the connections thus established serve them more faithfully than their millions.

Naturally, the colonial bosses who send their children to study at Yale do not get there at all what they would have received at Oxford: instead of children with a good education and an eternally embedded conviction about the superiority of European values, they get children without any education and with an eternally embedded conviction about the superiority of capitalism, that is, a world ruled by a bunch of narrow-minded and inept schemers, just like themselves - ruled through personal connections and financial capital.

The connections established in youth and the American value system help the eastern rich to establish themselves as equal players in the New World Order. Of course, there are not so many "Eastern rich people", because the main sources of hard currencies in the East are oil and heroin. The heroin elite has not yet established itself, this industry, born of the criminalization of drugs, appeared only in the 1950s - before that, heroin was sold in pharmacies for the common cold, and it cost not much more than aspirin.

Accordingly, now we can only talk about the introduction into the New World Order of "oil princes", relatives of the Arabian royal family - 10,000 improbably rich people, each of whom controls more stocks and investment opportunities than most of both Russians and American "oligarchs". The New World Order is devoid of nationality; his national face is the face of those who own the dollars. And the face is Arabic.

Power in America belongs to finance capital, that is, to those 5-10 families that control industries with the greatest concentration of capital. These industries are two: drugs and oil trade. To illustrate this, I will talk about Bush.

The Bush family, which owns a large stake in the oil business (including one of the largest oil companies) actually ruled America in the 1980s. It started back in the 1970s, when Bush became director of the CIA. In the course of dubious CIA operations in Iran, an Islamic regime came to power (replacing the Shah objectionable to America), but instead of becoming US puppets, one of the most anti-American regimes came to power in Iran. Why did the Americans need it? And why didn't such a massive failure lead to the fall of the CIA leadership? The fact is that Jimmy Carter, who worked after his presidency as a foreman at a construction site, was too enterprising and uncontrollable president; the aura of "weakness" that arose around Carter is the result of poor interaction with the executive structures.

The president who followed Carter, Reagan, suffered from senile dementia (Alzheimer's disease), and to such an extent that he did not recognize his children and closest employees, could not read and talk coherently. Once Reagan forgot himself and told the whole country on television "the atomic bombing of Russia begins in 5 minutes" (his advisers explained this by the fact that Reagan was "checking the sound"). The half-witted Reagan was acted for by his Vice President Bush, one of the people who owns America, its oil and its drugs.

The catastrophe of American foreign policy in Iran was a grand victory for American domestic policy. The CIA was in close cooperation with the rebels and the Khomeini government and did not stop the supply of weapons, even when Iran took the staff of the American embassy hostage. This is not surprising: by detaining and not releasing the hostages, Iran discredited the superintendent Carter and ensured the victory of the controlled Republicans and billionaire Bush in the presidential elections. In CIA negotiations with Iran, the CIA categorically insisted that the hostages should not be released before the elections.

Throughout the 1980s, Reagan and Bush were embroiled in a series of CIA and drug trafficking scandals. All this time, the republican government (which is actually a drug mafia) has been "tightening the screws" against the drug business, thereby making the drug business more and more profitable. As you know, 20% of the world economy is heroin trafficking; no one doubts that more than half of this 20% is controlled by American financial magnates, the CIA and the Bush family personally. Through the efforts of Reagan-Bush in America, in public and most private companies, employees are subjected to random spot tests of urine and hair for drugs; however, more than half of Americans regularly smoke cannabis, traces of which remain in their hair for many months. Tobacco control has intensified to such an extent that in many universities, hospitals and offices (and in all restaurants) smoking is prohibited at all; to smoke, the employee must go outside the territory of the university - and this is often a 10-15 minute walk. The only purpose of these measures is to crowd out marijuana, tobacco and other non-profitable drugs in order to increase the profits of heroin pushers, i.e. CIA, Bush and other American oligarchs.

The CIA-drugs-Islamic East bloc, which started in the late 1970s, came to bloom in the late 1990s, with the victory of the Taliban fundamentalists in Afghanistan; trained in Pakistan in CIA camps, the Taliban rushed to grow opium for Big Brother. A similar operation has started but has not been (yet) completed in Chechnya and Kosovo; It's not a secret for anyone that both here and there "Islamic fighters for independence" are simply drug dealers under the leadership of Western intelligence services.

"Oil" must be added to the "CIA-drugs-Islamic East" link: it is no coincidence that Bush's main source of legal income (as well as the basis of American foreign policy) is oil interests. Of course, America will live without Arab oil, but Bush and other oligarchs will not live without a legal oil "roof" for their business. America in the 1970s was shaken by the famous oil crisis, and since then America has looked after the interests of Saudi Arabia as if it were its own. This is not surprising, because in terms of concentration of capital and the volume of investments, the Saudi royal family is unmatched, and the main task of these investments was: to control America. Saudi Arabia's ambassador to Washington, Prince Bandar, is one of the richest people in America, and information about the luxury of his lobby (up to orgies with child slaves in his grandiose, miles-long palace-residence) is very diverse and extremely unflattering. However, no formal charges against the billionaire will be allowed (witnesses for the prosecution are quite openly kidnapped and killed). Just because Prince Bandar isn't shy about displaying decadent luxury and perversion doesn't mean he's decadent and pervert - he's just showing the Americans who's boss.

America belongs to the Saudi Arabs. It began in the 1970s during the "oil crisis", when a generation of sheikhs who were educated in America grew up. America's subjugation was finally confirmed during the Gulf War, when the Americans, like mutts, rushed to the Arabian "face" to protect the Kuwait emir, a relative of the Saudi royal family. Shortly before that, the Americans openly provoked Iraq's attack on Kuwait and promised him their benevolent non-intervention, but as soon as the Saudis lifted their little finger, America's official position changed 180 degrees.

In the Persian Gulf, the Americans fought for oil interests, it's true, but it's not the whole truth. In the Persian Gulf, the Americans fought for the oil interests of Saudi Arabia. It was more profitable for the Americans themselves to deal with friendly Iraq, which spent more money on American weapons than it earned from oil (Iraq received Soviet weapons on credit) in order to use these weapons in the war with anti-American Iran. This was the reason for the American provocation. But then the Saudi Arabs intervened, said "face" - and the Americans, tail between their legs, rushed to gnaw on the Iraqi leg.

Saudi Arabia owns more than just the CIA-oil-drug nexus at the heart of the American economy. Through control of Muslim shrines and the Hajj, the Saudis have an astounding amount of power in the media and popular culture. American brainwashing is done in Hollywood, but even compared to that, Saudi brainwashing done in Mecca is much more efficient, centralized and efficient. The communal existence of the Arabs, which strikes observers, is the result of a common culture, which is the fruit of the Arab mass media, the Hajj and Mecca. Hollywood - what is Hollywood? Watch any Arabic movie.

The power of the Saudi kingdom in the Arab world cannot be compared with the power of Hollywood in the US and Europe. The Arabs, who do not have a single state, live in a single empire, united by media, Hajj and Mecca, and the owner of this empire is the Saudi royal family, the richest on earth.

This model well explains the cooling in relations between the US and Israel. The United States insists on the speedy dismantling of the Israeli defense system, the transfer of Jerusalem to the joint jurisdiction of the Arabs and Israelis, and other measures that, more than anyone (neither in the Arab world nor in Israel) doubts, will forever reduce Israel's defense capability to nothing. Which is not surprising, because according to the proposed partition plan, all military installations on Israeli territory will be fired from Arab territory, from portable grenade launchers. Despite this, the Americans insist on a speedy resolution of the conflict in favor of the Palestinians, and threaten Israel with "pacification" through bombing in the spirit of Kosovo.

The Kosovo and Chechen conflicts have the same nature. For the past 10 years, America has been driven by the coinciding interests of the drug business, the Arabs, and the oil bosses; the dismantling of Serbia and Israel, the creation of centers of criminal lawlessness in Palestine, Kosovo and Chechnya is the main task and main achievement of American - and Saudi - policy.

I have seen the face of the New World Order, the face of Semitic blood. His name is Fahd Ben Abdel Aziz.

GEOPOLITICS OF DRUGS

2005

DEATH BATTLE

A few years ago, the “anti-terrorist operation” announced by the United States and its allies after the tragic events of September 11, 2001, ended in Afghanistan. Its results, replicated by the media, were truly impressive. The extremist organization Al-Qaeda was defeated. The repressive Taliban regime has been destroyed. Losses on the part of the coalition forces amounted to only 150 people killed and about 500 wounded. Citizens democratically elected a president. "Once again, as CNN journalists have pointed out, good has triumphed over evil." Behind the camera lens remained " side effect"- a state completely pressed into the Stone Age with smoking ruins of villages, thousands of corpses of civilians, hundreds of executed prisoners of war and prisoners, dozens of concentration camps, refugees.

The fight against drug trafficking was one of the widely declared goals of the military campaign. Indeed, the American occupation of the country brought about changes. But not positive, but negative. Afghan drug traffickers have not only not lost their leading position in the region, they have strengthened it many times over. What's the matter? Did the United States really lack the forces and means, as UN experts and the media have repeatedly tried to present the situation, to solve the problem? Not at all.

In order to better understand the logic of the actions of the American military-political elite in relation to Afghanistan, it is necessary, first of all, to realize that the thesis about the separate existence of the drug world does not correspond to reality. Drugs have long been turned into a mobilization resource for some states. And it's not just a resource. This is an integral part of the so-called. "black" economy with an annual turnover of 1 trillion. dollars and profitability over 100%. At present, in the West, it is constantly fueling the “white” economy, which is literally on its last legs.

Information for thought. 1 dollar invested in drug trafficking, under optimal conditions, can bring 12 thousand dollars in profit. The cost of Afghan heroin in northern Pakistan is $650 per 1 kg, in Kyrgyzstan it is $1,200 per 1 kg, in Moscow it is $70 per 1 gram. 1 kg. enough heroin to produce 200,000 doses. It takes 3-4 doses to become addicted.

Back in the 1990s, they demonstrated that "white" capital cannot function without "black" capital. They are two sides of the same coin - the global liberal economic system the core of which is the United States. Washington has long realized that drug production can exist anywhere in the world, but on one condition: the manufacturer never sells his product at the final stage. Without this, there will be no "black" economy.

Information for thought. The drug trafficking mafia accounts for 90% of the “surplus value” of heroin. Those who process it receive 2%, peasants - 6%, opium dealers - 2%.

The use by Third World countries of drug proceeds means siphoning off gigantic financial resources from industrialized countries and solving the problem of technological lagging behind them, which is fraught with a real disaster for the West. To prevent the implementation of such a scenario, there is a mechanism tested by the United States in Latin America and Southeast Asia. The main condition for its functioning is the mandatory seizure of the drug at a low price. From a manufacturer interested in obtaining maximum profit, it can be achieved only by offering an exclusive, urgently needed product. In regions where hostilities are taking place, only one thing enjoys steady popularity - weapons. In moments of aggravation of the situation, prices for it grow, which automatically leads to a decrease in the cost of narcotic substances. The bloodier the clashes, the greater the profits from trading in both. In other words, the cornerstone of the "black" economy is instability, and its God is controlled conflict. Only they regulate supply and demand. By the way, behind conflict situation the subject is interested in "working" not with state structures, but with tribes, nationalities, teips, religious groups, parties. They are easier to manipulate and less expensive.

Now let's go back to Afghanistan and see what really happened there.

Afghanistan has not always been a center for the production and distribution of drugs. It began to turn into it in the 80s of the last century thanks to the United States, which suffered crushing defeats in the military and diplomatic field in Vietnam, Iran, Laos, Cambodia, but gained considerable experience in solving geopolitical problems with the help of "dirty" money. It is not difficult to guess from what source the CIA financed the operations of the Mujahideen against the 40th Army, which acted as a deterrent to the spread of drugs. So, in the mid-80s, Afghanistan produced only 50 tons of opium. A year after the withdrawal of the Soviet "limited contingent" in 1990, the figure reached 600 tons! Gradually, Kabul began to play the role of Iran, lost to the United States as a result of the Islamic revolution. Everything went on as usual, but the USSR collapsed. Opportunities have opened up for drug traffickers to develop the gigantic market in the form of the post-Soviet republics, as well as the safe transportation of drugs to the European Union.

Information for thought. In the world, 8 million people use heroin, 141.2 million - marijuana. In Afghanistan, 4 million people are chronic drug addicts, in Europe - about 1 million, in Iran - 1.2 million, in the Russian Federation - 450 thousand. In the CIS, 20,000 people die every year from an overdose. In developed Western countries, the proportion of drug-related crimes is 67% of their total number.

In 1999, Afghanistan received a fantastic amount of opium - 4581 tons, overtaking the "Golden Triangle" (Burma, Laos, Thailand) and the "Andean Group" (Peru, Bolivia, Venezuela, Colombia). This success was a direct result of the Taliban and Al Qaeda's massive expansion of poppy and hemp crops. Having seized 96% of the country's territory, putting heroin production under full control, the Taliban naturally abandoned the CIA and the State Department. This meant that the White House would not be given a cent of $130 billion. That is how much the Afghan drug mafia would have gained from selling the “white death” on the black markets of Europe, if it had reliable drug trafficking through Central and Central Asia. But he wasn't. Active creation of such began in 2000. Of course, the United States was not about to lose its status as the curator of the Golden Crescent and the main geopolitical player on the Grand Chessboard. By deploying military bases in Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and Tajikistan, dispersing extremist armed formations on the territory of Afghanistan, and placing Hamid Karzai at the head of the interim government, the United States, firstly, paved new drug supply corridors, secondly, destroyed business competitors, and thirdly , provided an increase in production capacity for the processing of opium into heroin.

Information for thought. At present, the world market is provided with Afghan heroin by 75%, the EU - by 80%, the USA - by 35%. 65% of Afghan drugs are transported through Central Asia.

If Washington and its allies really wanted to solve the drug problem in Afghanistan, the first step would be to abolish private land ownership there, the basis of a market economy. For a landowner, receiving $16,000 annually for one hectare of poppy and hemp is more profitable than a one-time payment from the government of $1,500 for its destruction. Dekhkan tenants simply have nothing to grow except for drugs - this is their only way to earn money. It cannot be said that Kabul does not understand the reasons for the current situation, but a country that has been at war for more than 20 years is physically unable to purchase grain for sowing, to restore Agriculture, open universities for training specialists, etc. She needs help building the infrastructure for a normal life that the Americans are not interested in.

In conclusion, it should be noted that the existence of a democratic society in Afghanistan is now impossible. And not because of the presence there, different from the West, of traditions, religion, mentality, but because of the ongoing struggle by the United States for the world's drug resource.

Information for thought. The income of the drug business is more than 400 billion dollars a year, or 8% of the total turnover of the world's legal trade.

Accordingly, in the short term, the Afghans will face either stability under the guise of an authoritarian or totalitarian regime - a US vassal, or chaos in the form of a civil or guerrilla war. In any case, drugs will freely begin to spread around the world, bringing suffering and death to people.

If the drug business were a country, it would be the third largest economy in the world. We are talking about a turnover of 800 billion dollars a year. There are also enough consumers - according to the UN, there are more than 250 million drug addicts in the world. Today we will tell you about how drug dealers work. Read and never do that.

In fact, the drug business is one of the most advanced industries. The huge money that is spinning in it allows not only to develop more and more new substances, but also to seriously invest in science, study technologies, introduce advanced solutions and experiment a lot.

Contrary to popular belief that the drug business is something underground, the industry works quite obviously, and drug lords have the same problems as most big businessmen. From rising energy prices to global warming, which has to change traditional logistics.

We are sure that even the peaceful word "logistics" seemed strange to you in the context of the topic under discussion. Meanwhile, nothing strange - drug dealers have marketing, sales, managers, dealers (official and not so), loyalty programs, discounts and much more - "everything is like people."

Today's article is about the most ordinary employee of the black industry, a modest student, whom no one pays attention to in the subway. Just a guy - a gray jacket, sneakers, a backpack. He communicates with girls, listens to the player, plays balls on the phone, prepares for the exam. His name is even ordinary - Alexei. We may not have even changed the name, but what did that give you? An ordinary, good boy, he even earns his own pocket money. Mommy's joy.

Earns, however, not quite legally. Our hero is a "hoarder". His work is a direct violation of Article 228 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. It’s just that it’s almost impossible to catch Alexei - he’s not a drug addict, not a gopnik, not a person of some nationality, he doesn’t even wear a beard. An ordinary guy, of which there are thousands.

Alexey works in his spare time. Mom thinks that her son walks a lot, but does not swear - the guy is an excellent student, he is going to enter the Pedagogical University. A classmate and friend of Lyosha worked in the summer at a McDonald's restaurant on Mira Avenue, in three months he earned a fashion console and several games. Alexey could buy all this in two weeks.

"Are you a drug dealer?" - Mom would definitely ask if she found out that her son earns 150 thousand a month. It would be just a joke and a figure of speech - well, what kind of boy is a drug dealer.

Like most people, Alexei wanted to make money. I found an interesting offer on the Internet - I wrote a message to the future curator through a popular messenger and literally the next day I became a drug dealer.

How drug dealers work

First, a drug dealer is not necessarily a drug addict. Our hero has never tried drugs and is not going to. Lyosha doesn't even smoke cigarettes. Secondly, drug dealers no longer stand by the metro, do not hide heroin ampoules and homemade ships under the lining of their jackets. That is, it probably still works this way somewhere, but in large cities the system has changed a long time ago. Drugs are sold on the Internet - we already wrote about this in our article about the Darknet.

A hidden drug is called a “hoard”, and such a distributor is called a “hoarder” or “hoarder”. Employees like our Alexei receive packets of drugs from their curator, they hide them on the street - they bury them, attach them to poles, benches, mailboxes. Clamps, glue, adhesive tape and magnetic bases are used. Every day, one person distributes up to ten bookmarks - this is about 300 per month.

Alexei never saw the curator. He receives wholesale batches of bags exactly according to the same principle - on the right day, a message arrives through the messenger with the coordinates of the “treasure”.

How do they buy drugs?

There are specialized online stores. Basically, they work on anonymous servers, access to which is possible through a special browser (TOR), but it is not difficult to find the right “product” on the regular Internet. Some shops even manage to advertise their services.

Payments are accepted through anonymous systems. Sometimes you can pay through a qiwi wallet, but more often Bitcoin is used. So the transaction cannot be tracked at all.

Online drug stores have their own review systems. Buyers willingly leave them - they evaluate both the drug itself and the place of its laying. If the store sells quality goods and its bookmarks are easy to find, there will be no end to customers. There are merchants on the darknet who have several thousand positive reviews - Yandex.Market never dreamed of such a thing.

The buyer selects the goods, pays and receives the bookmark coordinates. According to Alexy, you can buy anything in this way - not only all types of drugs, but also weapons, fake documents, fake license plates for cars, and much more. Lyosha deals only with drugs. What is in his bags - he does not know and does not want to know. The guy is interested in money, there are plenty of them in the drug business.

Where do dealers get drugs from?

No one knows where the dealers get the drugs. Someone orders from larger dealers, someone grows in special grow boxes, someone synthesizes in their own laboratory.

Regardless of the source, the manufacturer must establish marketing. To do this, he buys a “slot” on a special electronic platform and posts his offers.

The dealer is completely safe - he is completely invisible. He packs the goods in ziplock bags and passes them to the storekeeper. Usually in each bag of 1-5 grams of the substance - these are the most popular doses. The dealer packs 10-20 doses in a general package and hides it in the city. The package coordinates and a description of the place where it is hidden are sent to the next stacker.

Alexey says that such a “master treasure” can be difficult to find. Even a detailed comment and a photo of a place does not always help. Both dealers and hoarders understand that the stash should not be found by random people - a janitor, a policeman, or someone else. Sometimes the "treasure" is accidentally found by drug addicts or other people's treasure troves. These are losses and force majeure, they are natural in any business. The dealer does not penalize Alexey for such cases, although some do. However, most bookmarks still find their grateful buyers.

What does it take to be a drug dealer?

As with applying for a regular job, there are certain conditions, following which you can become a treasure trove. There are special “guarantor services” on the trading floors. The employee pays them a deposit, which guarantees that he will not deceive the dealer. The dealer also pays a deposit. In the event of a conflict, there will be arbitration and representatives of the site will figure out who is right and who is wrong.

The drug business brings a lot of money - it is not customary to cheat here. No one wants to lose a source of income, and a bad reputation is the loss of customers. The dealer earns several million a month, the depositor - several hundred thousand rubles. Up to ten stackers can work for one dealer.

Nevertheless, a pledge is a good guarantee and reliable protection. The more a person has contributed as security, the more the community trusts him, the more money he can earn. Alexey invests part of his income "in the guarantor", this opens up new opportunities for him, allows him to work with more serious dealers, increase turnover. As you can see, even drug dealers have to study, improve their skills, think about career growth.

Lyosha also plans to buy a “secure smartphone” - this is the same smartphone as ordinary ones, only it is programmed in such a way that it does not leave any traces. Such a device costs about 30,000 rubles on the darknet - no more than a good regular phone. This thing will allow Alexei to work and earn even more, because now he only gets in touch with the curator from home - through a secure browser. In addition, Aleksey uses an anonymous bitcoin wallet and a Qiwi card issued with fictitious data. Her young man also bought it on the Darknet, costing 10,000 rubles. Now a student can cash out his drug dollars at any ATM.

Once every six months, terrible videos appear on the Internet with brutal reprisals against "objectionable hoarders"(drug couriers) .

They are beaten until they lose consciousness, their fingers are chopped with cleavers and bones are broken with bats.

It was believed that performers were searched for on the dark web, but it turned out that such resources also exist on the regular, public Internet.

Daily Storm talks about a platform where orders are placed for objectionable drug couriers.

“Find an individual, break fingers, piss. The reward is from 3 to 200 thousand rubles, ”advertisements of this kind are posted on a resource that is publicly available on the Internet.

The Just the Judge Telegram channel was the first to pay attention to the site.

The site is a platform where "orders" are placed for people who may be involved in the drug trade.

“Persons were identified in their involvement in the use, sale and possession of prohibited substances,” the site says.

As follows from the description of the project, the administration of the resource represents the interests of online stores that have encountered unscrupulous drug couriers.

“The reward will be issued for illegal actions against individuals, examples of which you see below,” reads the first post posted on the site.

Rewards are also provided for any information about wanted people.

The database is massive.

According to the WHOIS service, the domain was registered on October 3, while the placement of the first publication dates back to 2016.

During this time, the site has collected about 79 pages with orders to search and beat people.

The list is updated daily.

By the time this material was published, about two thousand ads had been published on the resource.

Publications contain complete information about a person: photos, social networks, nicknames in Telegram, phone numbers and even copies of passports.

"Individuals" are wanted in the Central, Volga and Southern federal districts.

Where are the passports from?

We noticed that some people were photographed with a passport and a piece of paper with a nickname in Telegram.

This can be explained.

As a rule, in order to receive the goods, the hoarder must pay a deposit.

The amounts depend on the amount of drugs and start from 10 thousand rubles.

But if there is no such money, stores can release the goods according to the passport.

On the thematic forums on the darknet, they write that working according to this principle is tantamount to slavery.

Most likely, the objectionable drug dealer will be found, or the data will simply be leaked to law enforcement agencies.

However, judging by the publications on the dark web, there are still such people.

In addition, we managed to find passport data in Telegram channels of similar subjects.

The Daily Storm contacted the phone numbers listed in the ads on the site that places orders for people.

Most of the contacts turned out to be working, moreover, they matched the data on people from the black list.

However, the persons on this list deny their involvement in the drug trade.

“I have no idea where my data comes from,” the citizens, information about whom is posted on the resource, unanimously told the correspondent of the publication.

At the same time, Daily Storm sources in the police say that some citizens whose data were publicly available are registered with the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Many passed under criminal articles: on fraud (Article 159), illegal sale, storage, carrying weapons (Article 222), robbery (Article 161).

Among the persons presented on the site there are those who are looked after by narcological services.

Is it monitored by supervisory and law enforcement agencies?

Daily Storm turned to the Ministry of Internal Affairs with a request to tell if they had previously encountered similar resources and whether it was possible to deanonymize the attackers.

Two weeks after the request, the editorial office received an answer: this situation is being kept under control.

Law enforcement officers refused to disclose details, citing the secrecy of the investigation.

What is meant by “the situation is under control” is not clear: the site is still working.

Roskomnadzor has already filed a lawsuit with a request to grant permission to block the resource, the agency told Daily Storm.

At the moment, the supervisory authority is waiting for a decision.

“I have no doubt that this particular site will be blocked by a court order. Moreover, it is possible that we will turn to the domain name registrar for its division [deprivation of the right to use the domain. - Note. Daily Storm],” Vadim Ampelonsky, spokesman for the department, told the publication.

According to the coordinator of the Center for Safe Internet and the leading analyst of ROCIT Urvan Parfentiev, it is possible to calculate the site administrators.

“Law enforcement officers can establish who registered the domain and send a request. And after that, based on how the payment was made, to get on the trail of intruders,” the expert explains. - There are really many such things, such things have always happened. If the personal data of users were stolen by the administration of the platform, then Article 137 of the Criminal Code [violation of privacy. - Note. Daily Storm. In any case, such sites should be quickly covered up. But the resource reminds me of an ordinary everyday life at the level of hooliganism - it seems to me that it is far from real crime.

It works?

As practice shows, there are still “brave guys” who are ready to publicly crack down on a person for a symbolic sum.

The last incident occurred in September of this year, but the video appeared on the Web the following month.

In the video, a group of armed men brutally beat a man.

The tormentors explain that the drug courier they are punishing was stealing from his employers.

At some point, the man lost consciousness, and this is where the video ends.

On October 14, RT journalists found out that the victim was a resident of the city of Troitsk Chelyabinsk region Zakhar Krapivin.

After the incident, the man was taken to the hospital in critical condition.

Relatives did not want to make the incident widely publicized - in their words, Krapivin is afraid to file a complaint with the police.

In a conversation with RT on condition of anonymity (relatives asked not to be named), they explained that Krapivin has underage brothers and sisters who could become objects of revenge by drug dealers.

According to the Daily Storm, the man did sell drugs and consumed them.

Earlier, a similar incident occurred in Voronezh.

A group of guys took a young man into the forest, where he was beaten and his little finger was cut off.

And at the very end of the month, the perpetrators were arrested.

During the searches, the operatives found a cleaver, a bat and masks.

The executioners gave confessions.
