There are merchants on the darknet who have several thousand positive reviews - Yandex.Market never dreamed of such a thing.

The buyer selects the goods, pays and receives the bookmark coordinates. According to Alexy, you can buy anything in this way - not only all types of drugs, but also weapons, fake documents, fake license plates for cars, and much more. Lyosha deals only with drugs. What is in his bags - he does not know and does not want to know. The guy is interested in money, there are plenty of them in the drug business.

Where do dealers get drugs from?

No one knows where the dealers get the drugs. Someone orders from larger dealers, someone grows in special grow boxes, someone synthesizes in their own laboratory.

Regardless of the source, the manufacturer must establish marketing. To do this, he buys a “slot” on a special electronic platform and posts his offers.

The dealer is completely safe - he is completely invisible. He packs the goods in ziplock bags and passes them to the storekeeper. Usually in each bag of 1-5 grams of the substance - these are the most popular doses. The dealer packs 10-20 doses in a general package and hides it in the city. Once every six months, terrible videos appear on the Internet with brutal reprisals against "objectionable hoarders"(drug couriers) .

They are beaten until they lose consciousness, their fingers are chopped with cleavers and bones are broken with bats.

It was believed that performers were searched for on the dark web, but it turned out that such resources also exist on the regular, public Internet.

Daily Storm talks about a platform where orders are placed for objectionable drug couriers.

“Find an individual, break fingers, piss. The reward is from 3 to 200 thousand rubles, ”advertisements of this kind are posted on a resource that is publicly available on the Internet.

The Just the Judge Telegram channel was the first to pay attention to the site.

The site is a platform where "orders" are placed for people who may be involved in the drug trade.

“Persons were identified in their involvement in the use, sale and possession of prohibited substances,” the site says.

As follows from the description of the project, the administration of the resource represents the interests of online stores that have encountered unscrupulous drug couriers.

“The reward will be issued for illegal actions against individuals, examples of which you see below,” reads the first post posted on the site.

Rewards are also provided for any information about wanted people.

The database is massive.

According to the WHOIS service, the domain was registered on October 3, while the placement of the first publication dates back to 2016.

During this time, the site has collected about 79 pages with orders to search and beat people.

The list is updated daily.

By the time this material was published, about two thousand ads had been published on the resource.

Publications contain complete information about a person: photos, social networks, nicknames in Telegram, phone numbers and even copies of passports.

"Individuals" are wanted in the Central, Volga and Southern federal districts.

Where are the passports from?

We noticed that some people were photographed with a passport and a piece of paper with a nickname in Telegram.

This can be explained.

As a rule, in order to receive the goods, the hoarder must pay a deposit.

The amounts depend on the amount of drugs and start from 10 thousand rubles.

But if there is no such money, stores can release the goods according to the passport.

On the thematic forums on the darknet, they write that working according to this principle is tantamount to slavery.

Most likely, the objectionable drug dealer will be found, or the data will simply be leaked to law enforcement agencies.

However, judging by the publications on the dark web, there are still such people.

In addition, we managed to find passport data in Telegram channels of similar subjects.

The Daily Storm contacted the phone numbers listed in the ads on the site that places orders for people.

Most of the contacts turned out to be working, moreover, they matched the data on people from the black list.

However, the persons on this list deny their involvement in the drug trade.

“I have no idea where my data comes from,” the citizens, information about whom is posted on the resource, unanimously told the correspondent of the publication.

At the same time, Daily Storm sources in the police say that some citizens whose data were publicly available are registered with the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Many passed under criminal articles: on fraud (Article 159), illegal sale, storage, carrying weapons (Article 222), robbery (Article 161).

Among the persons presented on the site there are those who are looked after by narcological services.

Is it monitored by supervisory and law enforcement agencies?

Daily Storm turned to the Ministry of Internal Affairs with a request to tell if they had previously encountered similar resources and whether it was possible to deanonymize the attackers.

Two weeks after the request, the editorial office received an answer: this situation is being kept under control.

Law enforcement officers refused to disclose details, citing the secrecy of the investigation.

What is meant by “the situation is under control” is not clear: the site is still working.

Roskomnadzor has already filed a lawsuit with a request to grant permission to block the resource, the agency told Daily Storm.

At the moment, the supervisory authority is waiting for a decision.

“I have no doubt that this particular site will be blocked by a court order. Moreover, it is possible that we will turn to the domain name registrar for its division [deprivation of the right to use the domain. - Note. Daily Storm],” Vadim Ampelonsky, spokesman for the department, told the publication.

According to the coordinator of the Center for Safe Internet and the leading analyst of ROCIT Urvan Parfentiev, it is possible to calculate the site administrators.

“Law enforcement officers can establish who registered the domain and send a request. And after that, based on how the payment was made, to get on the trail of intruders,” the expert explains. - There are really many such things, such things have always happened. In any case, such sites should be quickly covered up. But the resource reminds me of an ordinary everyday life at the level of hooliganism - it seems to me that it is far from real crime.

It works?

As practice shows, there are still “brave guys” who are ready to publicly crack down on a person for a symbolic sum.

The last incident occurred in September of this year, but the video appeared on the Web the following month.

In the video, a group of armed men brutally beat a man.

The tormentors explain that the drug courier they are punishing was stealing from his employers.

At some point, the man lost consciousness, and this is where the video ends.

On October 14, RT journalists found out that the victim was a resident of the city of Troitsk Chelyabinsk region Zakhar Krapivin.

After the incident, the man was taken to the hospital in critical condition.

Relatives did not want to make the incident widely publicized - in their words, Krapivin is afraid to file a complaint with the police.

In a conversation with RT on condition of anonymity (relatives asked not to be named), they explained that Krapivin has underage brothers and sisters who could become objects of revenge by drug dealers.

According to the Daily Storm, the man did sell drugs and consumed them.

Earlier, a similar incident occurred in Voronezh.

A group of guys took a young man into the forest, where he was beaten and his little finger was cut off.

And at the very end of the month, the perpetrators were arrested.
