    In a bowl, combine cheese, sour cream and garlic. Add basil to taste.

    Mix until a homogeneous consistency.

    Dry the bread in a dry frying pan to a beautiful crust. Any products will do: bread, loaf, and cross-sectional bread rolls.

    Spread onion rings and tomato circles on slices, add some salt.

    Next, lay out the cheese mass and evenly distribute it over the sandwich.

    We spread the products on a baking sheet and put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Cook 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
