Journal of accounting for electrical energy. Electrical energy accounting log

To control consumption, compliance with consumption limits in enterprises or multi-storey buildings, a log of readings from metering devices for electricity is kept for the period determined in accordance with the power supply agreement. The purpose of its maintenance is to determine the costs electrical energy per unit of output. It is carried out by taking data from stationary or portable devices.

Important! Installation or removal of meters for technical accounting at enterprises can be carried out without the permission of the energy supply organization.

Logging rules

Table forms contain columns:

  • with the date and name of the connection object;
  • type, device number, its previous and subsequent readings;
  • transformation indicator;
  • total and planned costs of electricity;
  • initials and signature of the responsible officer.

But the shape of the tables may differ for various objects power supply, depending on the region of location and the scheme for connecting metering devices e. energy.

How is the meter reading log kept?

The magazine must have the appropriate numbering, be laced and sealed with the seal of the enterprise.

It is located with the employee responsible for the electrical economy or with the operational duty officer of the enterprise. The rules for its maintenance and settlements provide for the following procedures:

  • Data from electricity meters is taken at least once a month. The taken indicators are recorded in the columns for the meter standards at the beginning and end of the month, rounded up to one tenth of a kW.
  • The determination of the consumed electricity is carried out by multiplying the difference in the readings of the device at the beginning and end of the month by a coefficient that takes into account the decrease in the voltage power transmitted to the device contacts according to the formula:

P \u003d (P1 - P2) * Ktr

where: P is the total consumption of electrical energy;

P1 and P2 - data from the counter at the beginning and end of the month, respectively;

Ktr - transformation ratio, taking into account the decrease in voltage power.

  • In agreement with the head of the organization, the meter data is reconciled, registration in the journal indicating the person who conducted it.
  • Every 1st day of the month, the production manager checks the electricity consumption and submits a written report to the accounting department.
  • In the event of a meter replacement or a change in its characteristics, the current sheet of the document must be closed, and the data is transferred to the next page.

Attention! Corrections and blots in the records are not allowed.

What is the transformation ratio

Direct connection of high voltage current to the power grid of enterprises, houses is impractical due to the possibility of failure of traditional electricity meters. Therefore, at large enterprises, multi-storey buildings, it is planned to use a special device that takes into account the reduction in voltage at the device contacts by a factor of tens. The conversion factor on such equipment is indicated in its characteristics.

conclusions

Monthly reading of electricity meters allows you to control electricity consumption, compliance with the consumption limit, as well as monitor the health of the equipment. Despite the differences in the forms of tables in different regions and economic entities, filling them out has a common goal - determining the consumption of electricity.
